Anupama encourages considering oneself and their daughter’s well-being. She shares her own experience of going to America for personal reasons. She questions if it is necessary to leave immediately, citing the family’s current need for support. Toshu expresses feeling trapped and afraid to leave the house. Anupama reminds them that crime exists everywhere and ultimately, it is their choice. She reaffirms that she did not end her relationship with Toshu to stay with the family, and wonders why Kinjal suddenly decided to leave now. With sadness, she notes that fear rather than hope seems to be motivating their decision. Anupama urges them to rethink their choice and only go if they truly believe it is best, cautioning against running away from problems.
What is Anupama thinking? Baa asks Anupama what she is thinking. She says she has so many questions that are outside the syllabus. Baa says one grandson left and the other is leaving. Anupama says every bird makes its own nest, so let them make their own, and they’ll handle it. Baa wonders how we’ll survive without them. Anupama says we have to live no matter how bad we feel. They desire to hold the other side.
Baa says a woman builds her house with a small pebble and can’t bear to see it shattered. It is important to understand ourselves. Anupama asks Baa if there are any sweets available at home. Baa says he has kheer in the fridge. She serves it to Baa and she also eats it. She tells Baa that she has one thought about Dimpy. Malti Devi recalls Barkha’s words and gets upset.
Anupama and Anuj bring Dimpy to their home, where Barkha and Paakhi are also present. Despite losing the case, Anuj remains hopeful and determined to fight it. Malti Devi inquires if Dimpy has opened her dance academy as planned. Dimpy confirms this with a nod. Malti Devi advises her not to give up on her passion, even if it means sacrificing something else. She clarifies that she didn’t mean her previous statement and that she now has a reason to live after Samar’s departure. Barkha interprets this as falling into one’s trap. Recognizing Dimpy’s distress, Malti Devi offers assistance, but Dimpy declines, believing that no one can understand her pain. Anupama and Anuj reveal that they have brought Dimpy to stay with them for a while. Paakhi adds that she is welcome to stay, but requests that she does not make any snide remarks or make them feel guilty. In response, Dimpy assures them that she did not come with any intention of hurting anyone or listening to negative comments.
Kavya, Baa and Babu ji are alarmed when they see Vanraj whispering in his sleep. Baa expresses regret over their involvement in the case, saying they wouldn’t have pursued it if they knew this would happen to him. She suggests that Anupama and Anuj should also step back. Babu ji predicts that soon, they will be left alone. Paakhi informs Anupama that she didn’t reveal anything to Dimpy, to which Anupama replies that since Dimpy is staying with them for a few days, she should be allowed to stay. She reminds Paakhi that Dimpy is Samar’s wife and pregnant too. Paakhi retorts, questioning what she should do then – if Dimpy can become a mother, why can’t she?
Anupama urges Paakhi not to use her pain as a weapon and walks away. Paakhi, feeling ignored, worries that everyone will now favour Dimpy. She declares that if Dimpy dares to show her attitude, she won’t let it slide. Concerned, Anuj asks Anupama what’s going on. Anupama explains that Paakhi’s behaviour has been unpredictable lately – one moment she’s mature and the next she’s acting like a child. Malti Devi enters and offers to take over household responsibilities while Choti and Romil are away. Anupama thanks her but insists on handling everything herself, asking Malti Devi to focus on Choti instead. Anuj advises Anupama to rest while Barkha encourages her to keep persevering.
Anuj is massaging Anupama’s back, to which she responds with a plea not to continue as her shoulders are already in pain. He points out that she has taken on all the responsibilities, causing strain on them. Suddenly, Baa’s message interrupts their conversation. Baa shares in her voicemail that Anupama’s stubbornness is causing harm, Vanraj’s health is deteriorating, Toshu and Kinjal are leaving for abroad, and Kavya and Dimpy have given up trying. Anupama turns to Anuj with a question as to why it always seems difficult to fight for the truth. Anuj calmly explains that this has been their pattern whenever she fights for what’s right. She expresses gratitude for his unwavering support throughout their journey together and asks why he loves her so deeply. He replies simply that he will always love her unconditionally. Overcome with emotion, Anupama embraces him tightly. She then remembers Dussehra is approaching and envisions justice being served for Sonu and his father.
Malti Devi thinks I won’t leave Anuj if anything happens to him. Barkha thinks Anupama is mad for cooking khichdi. Vanraj also does aarti with his family. When Toshu and Kinjal ask Baa when they are going, she says she’ll rent out their room. Toshu says today is Dussehra, so he asks her not to taunt him.
They are told to hire a private jet by his mother-in-law, and Baa says she will make Theplas for them. Vanraj scolds them as well. Babu ji tells them to calm down. Vanraj asks if Anuj and Anupama called and says they said they would make plans with Devika. Babu ji says don’t worry, they won’t do anything wrong. Kavya gets concerned about them.
