The episode begins with Anupama informing Bala, Indra, and others that she will return the next day. She instructs them to seek Kinjal and Titu’s help if necessary. Recalling Ankush Bhai’s deep affection for Anuj, she wonders why he deceived him. When Nandita asks if she has informed them of her visit, Anupama replies that they are not answering calls, and she cannot afford to wait. She urges them to look after Anuj.
Sagar insists on accompanying her, but Anupama, noticing his illness, tells him to stay home. Bala offers to go, but she reminds him of his responsibility to Anuj, especially ensuring he does not approach Shah House. Bala reassures her and promises to speak to Meenakshi Thakkar about the property tax, hoping she might reconsider. Indra encourages her to proceed.
As Anupama prepares to leave, she sees Anuj playing the flute and decides not to face him. A Sadhu approaches her, handing over Anuj’s wallet, which was found while vacating the Ashram. When she opens it, she finds her photograph inside. Touched, she wonders why Anuj harbors resentment despite keeping her close in his heart. Just then, Anuj appears, snatches the wallet, and firmly declares that the picture is of his daughter, Aadhya. The Sadhu advises Anupama not to lose hope and to continue seeking answers. She leaves, determined.
Meanwhile, Meenakshi talks to her stethoscope, nervous about her first day. Kinjal and Baa reassure her. Kinjal shares how she talks to inanimate objects when angry, while Baa jokes that the mirror is her only companion. Meenakshi admits her fear of dealing with life and death daily. They comfort her, and Baa insists on feeding her curd and sugar for good luck.
At the bus stand, Anupama calls Sagar to check on everyone. He assures her everything is fine but mentions that Coffee has refused to eat. Anupama, concerned, asks him to put the call on speaker and persuades Coffee to have food before ending the call. She then sets out to meet Barkha and Ankush.
Vanraj wishes Meenakshi luck and advises her to take the car, but she insists on using public transport. Pakhi jokingly warns her against befriending a neighbor. Kinjal offers to drop her off while going grocery shopping. Vanraj instructs Toshu to keep an eye on Meenu. As Toshu prepares to leave in his car, Vanraj receives a call from Rajpal and plans to meet him.
While in an auto, Anupama asks for directions. Meanwhile, Meenu and Kinjal struggle to find a ride until Sagar offers to drop them. Toshu watches them leave. During the ride, Meenu appreciates Sagar’s unique auto. She notices small details, and Sagar proudly explains his habit of adding personal touches for passenger comfort. When she starts coughing, he promptly offers water and a cough tablet. Impressed by his thoughtfulness, she asks for tea, and he surprises them with ginger tea from his flask. As they enjoy their drink, Kinjal requests music, and Sagar plays a song.
Vanraj meets Hardik, who remarks that Rajpal hinted at Vanraj’s desperation. Vanraj corrects him, saying he is merely interested. Hardik smirks, sensing otherwise. Vanraj straightforwardly proposes acquiring the property, noting that Hardik’s mother has housed “beggars” there. Hardik listens as Vanraj expresses his frustration about their presence, which he believes tarnishes his posh neighborhood’s image. He assures Hardik that he and Virani will handle everything efficiently if he agrees to sell. Hardik, sensing Vanraj’s animosity toward Anupama, asks if it matters to him. Vanraj confirms his disdain, to which Hardik agrees to sell, eager to see the place demolished.
Anupama reaches Ankush and Barkha’s house, noticing their names on the nameplate. Determined, she rings the doorbell and steps inside, only to find a wild party in progress. Everyone is drinking and dancing. She calls out to Ankush and Barkha, who turn around, stunned to see her. With a composed yet firm demeanor, she greets them with “Jai Shri Krishna.” Their shock is evident as they stand frozen.
