While applying lemon and sugar syrup to Kavya’s hand, Dimpy instructs Titu to do so. Kavya says yes. Dimpy asks him to say what he wants. Titu tries to tell her but is hesitant. She sees Vanraj and leaves. Vanraj approaches Titu and asks what you are doing here. Titu says I was applying lemon sugar syrup to my hand. Vanraj asks him to use it and says the colour might disappear anytime. Titu says he keeps the bowl and apologizes.

Vanraj instructs him to store it carefully, as he still determines when it may come in handy. Anupama retrieves the glass from the table. Anuj arrives and expresses his gratitude for the warm welcome into the Shah household. He acknowledges that his initial reaction was unnecessary and understands that Vanraj’s behaviour is out of his control, just as Anupama’s college-going self wakes up inside her. They share a laugh before Anuj offers his assistance—however, Anupama declines and leaves. While noticing a lizard, she worries about its potential impact on their food and decides to discuss getting pest control with Babu ji.

Toshu enters the room with a smile and looks at his mobile. Kinjal joins him and asks why his packing in the US needs to improve. He wonders if he has forgotten something, to which she jokingly replies it could be his good behaviour. She then asks about his conversation with Anuj, and Toshu retorts by questioning who Anuj is. Kinjal explains that they act like lovesick teenagers even though they are middle-aged. She mentions how their mother sneakily takes Anuj’s shoes while he puts his dupatta over his shoulder, making her shy. Toshu comments on how they do things that even teenagers don’t do. Kinjal humorously calls him a stubborn dog who can’t change his ways.

Anupama is restless. Kinjal asks what happened to you after Anuj came. Anupama says yes. Shruti is happy that Aadhya called and sent the photos as well. She thinks of calling her, then says she shall wait for her call. She thinks of Anuj and Anupama and tries to distract herself. She tells herself Aadhya is with Anuj, but Anupama is also there.

Pakhi says she is not like you, who makes the world shed blood and tears and come here. Anupama tells her to be happy because she has a marriage at home. Even though I am eligible for marriage, my family does not care about me. Pakhi remembers that Anupama eloped and married Adhik, then snatched Ishani from him and divorced him. If she is happy with other people’s happiness, she will be satisfied, too.

When the mehendi designer asks Anupama to tell her husband’s name, Vanraj says Anuj and asks her to write it on her hand, if not on her heart, because he came from a faraway country. In response, Anupama says to make a simple design. When Ansh hears, he says, “I will make a design for her hand.” Mahi says you can’t draw a line and asks how you will make a design. They laugh. Anupama says nobody will tease him. She pampers him and asks him to apply.

In Kavya’s opinion, Dimpy’s daughter has been tattooed on her lower back. Kinjal wonders what will happen if Baa finds out. Anupama asks how Baa will find out. After Ansh made the design, he asked everyone to look at how neatly he had written it. Seeing Anuj’s name on her hand, Anupama gets emotional. Aadhya gets angry and asks what the heck is going on. Ansh says Dadu said that Anuj was the name. He says I wrote his name because Dadi fell on him like a heroine.

Vanraj laughs and says, “Today’s kids,” and says he isn’t thinking wrong, and you people do hero-heroine things. Aadhya asks Ansh to wipe the mehendi. Ansh says nobody will wipe my Dadi’s mehendi. Aadhya and Ansh argue. Anuj reassures Aadhya that Ansh did what was taught him. Aadhya says she’s sure someone asked him to write Anupama. Baa says I told him not to call Anupama here, and Aa says we should leave.

Anuj assured us that we would be staying back. He apologizes to Baa for the argument between Ansh and Aadhya. Anupama leaves the room and washes her hands, noticing that the name is still printed on her hand. Shruti’s words come to mind. Vanraj enters and questions her about the name on her hand. Anupama counters, asking for his crown since he seems to be the source of trouble. He retorts by calling her the Queen of Shamelessness and sings, “Tere Naam.” She refuses to engage with him but warns that if he misbehaves in front of the children, she won’t hesitate to give him a stern response.

Shruti patiently awaits Aadhya’s call, which finally comes through. At the same time, Devika is occupied with applying mehendi to Shruti’s hands and requests her to talk after she is finished. As Aadhya excitedly showcases her design over the phone, she notices Anupama. She implores Shruti to get a designer mehendi done on her hand, which she promises to bring from India. However, Anupama springs into action as she notices Aadhya reaching for a bulb, preventing her from getting hurt. Her brother Anuj reminds her to be careful while Anupama warmly greets Shruti and takes note of Anuj’s name written on her hand. She apologizes for any confusion and clarifies that Ansh made a mistake. Shruti agrees with a nod, affirming that it was indeed an error. Meanwhile, the rest of the group looks on with interest.

The woman asks Anupama if Anuj still loves her and if you also love him. She says, “If you love him, tell me.” Anupama replies, “I love him and will love you even after I die. ” He says we cannot unite since Anuj is someone else’s and I am nobody’s. Anuj hears them and shouts, “I love you, Anu.” Devika prays to God to give them a chance.
