Anuj apologizes to Samar and breaks down in tears. Dimpy inquires if his apology will bring Samar back. Toshu reassures that Samar won’t come back just because Anuj is crying. Vanraj criticizes Anuj’s idea of going to the club and regrets agreeing with it, as this unfortunate incident wouldn’t have occurred otherwise. Anupama is left in shock upon hearing this. Anuj then turns to her and asks for her belief in him, stating that he would have willingly given up his own life to save Samar’s had he known the consequences beforehand. He pleads for her trust and questions if she still believes in him. However, Anupama remains silent and avoids eye contact. Later on, in their room, Anuj tries to initiate a conversation with her, accepting her anger and hatred but unable to bear her silence.
He states that his purpose for being here is not to clarify, but to converse with her. He implores her to speak with him just once. Anupama weeps as the song “Agar Tum Saath ho” plays in the background. Anuj visits the household temple and confides in God. He expresses his frustration that when one has a complaint against someone, they come to God for guidance. But in this case, he himself has a complaint against God and doesn’t know where to turn to. He questions why Samar had to be taken away, a 25-year-old son snatched from his mother’s arms. Anuj pleads with God, wondering what fault Samar had committed that led to his death. He mourns not just for Samar’s passing, but also for his own existence which feels pointless without his beloved Anu by his side.
Babu ji arrives and embraces Anuj, who immediately apologizes. Remembering Kanha ji’s teachings in the Geeta, Babu ji reminds them that it is our fate to eventually perish. He believes that Samar’s death was meant to be. Anuj shares that he feels responsible for his brother’s death since his own name was on the bullet. To this, Babu ji questions why the bullet did not strike him. He argues that if Samar had not died at the club, then he would have met his end some other way. In the end, Babu ji reflects on how people often blame others for a loved one’s passing and lash out in anger. He mentions how even doctors are often blamed when someone dies in a hospital. Anuj realizes it was ultimately his decision to go to the club that fateful night.
Basically, Babu ji says if Vanraj hadn’t said the men and women would have their party separately, we wouldn’t have gone there, and he asks him not to blame himself. Vanraj is handled by me, you handle Anupama by you. In addition to losing her son, she also lost her Samar, so how will you handle her if you become weak?
Sitting in the room, Dimpy reminisces about her moments with Samar. As she caresses her tummy, she envisions him placing his hand on it. “Samar,” she whispers. He responds, “I haven’t gone anywhere. I am here with you. You have to live for me and our baby.” Dimpy questions why he had to leave. Samar urges her to give their child both parents’ love. Despite feeling that fate has been unkind to her, Dimpy asks why this had to happen to her. Samar pleads for her promise that she will remember him with a smile and not shed tears. A smile appears on Dimpy’s face as she agrees. Samar implores her to take care of herself and the baby, encouraging her to continue dancing and professing his love for her. Dimpy reciprocates his feelings but cannot contain her tears as the daydream comes to an end.
Toshu knocks on the door and announces their return from the crematorium ground in the morning. Anupama’s eyes well up with tears upon hearing this news. Paakhi is also crying, her mind filled with thoughts of Samar. She imagines him arriving and taking out her hair clip, prompting her to embrace him tightly. Samar warns her that he will break it if she continues to cry, but Paakhi insists on him returning despite their fights. Samar questions her motives, asking if it’s just so they can fight again. But Paakhi assures him that she truly loves him and begs for his return. However, Samar sadly declines, stating that he can’t go back to a place where he feels alone while they are all together. Paakhi breaks down even more at this realization. Kavya tries to comfort her in vain.
They sit in front of Samar’s photo frame as Anupama takes off the garland from Samar’s photo. Vanraj asks what she is doing? Anupama says her son hasn’t gone anywhere, he is with us in our memories.

On the slate, Anupama wipes out Maa’s name. Samar asks why. Anupama says I’m not a good mother. Samar asks her to come out of trauma and bring everyone out with her. When Anupama thinks of him, she will smile and she promises she will bring everyone out of trauma.
