Little Anu gives Anuj a photo and asks him to keep it safely. Anuj thinks that Maaya wants to be part of his daughters life but he will not even let her have a photo. Maaya enters and says that even if he tears the whole world’s photo he cannot break her and her daughters relationship. Anuj thinks that you just wait for a day.
Little Anu wears her birthday dress and dances and asks Dimpy if the house looks more beautiful than her. Dimple says obviously she looks more beautiful and asks her to return to her room and then have a grand entry when the party starts. Anupama compliments Anuj when he comes in a sky blue suit. Both wish each other on their daughters first birthday. Anuj also compliments her. Their verbal romantic exchange starts. He kisses her forehead just as Little Anu walks to them and enquires as to when her birthday party will start. Maaya feels jealous seeing them together. Barkha gets angry when she hears Ankush talking to his illegitimate son.
Ankush invites a friend for the party and informs Anuj that his friend Arun is in Ahmedabad for a business meeting and he has invited him for the party. Anuj’s friends also come for the party. Barkha tells Ankush that Maaya has done a classy decoration. To which Ankush replies that such women do not have any class. Barkha asks him what he means by that but Ankush does not reply. The Shah family walk in. Leela bumps into Barkha and yells at her. Barkha asks he why she has some if she has so much problems. Leela says Little Anu would would be hurt if she did not come. Barkha says that she does not care about the elders feelings but why is she bothered about Little Anu. Is it because she has heard about the relationship of Maaya and Little Anu. Barkha says everyone is here for the birthday celebration but Leela has come to watch the drama.
Anupama greets the Shah family. Adhik takes Anupama’s blessings and says she should bless him twice as he has reformed her daughter. Anupama smiles and Pakhi hugs her. Barkha taunts Leela and they start an argument. Anupama requests them to maintain some decency on her daughters birthday. Kaavya is looking around for Maaya. Vanraj enquires if she is looking around for Maaya or Mohit? Kavya responds by saying he sounds jealous. Vanraj says she needs to maintain some decency.
Anupama and Maaya go to bring Little Anu and simultaneously extend their hands to pick her up. Anuj addresses the guests and describes his love for his daughter. Little Anu enters in style with Anupama and Maaya. Anuj gets emotional and kisses Little Anu’s forehead. Everyone claps for her. Little Anu explains that everyone is happy. Kavya replies that it is because it is her birthday.
Leela wishes Little Anu followed by Toshu in his usual loud style with a big gift box. Little Anu thanks Toshu. Maaya comments that she did not know that Little Anu is attached to everyone and described how important it is for a child’s growth to be among family. Little Anu enquires about Naani and Maama and just then Bhavesh and Kanta walk in. Little Anu is happy seeing them. Anupama cries while hugging Kanta. Paakhi tells Adhik that Anupama looks petrified. Adhik says they are all scared as the house will become lifeless after Little Anu leaves. Little Anu asks Anupama why she is crying. Kanta says that because her mother has met her mother after a long time. Maaya comes to take Kanta’s blessings. Kanta blesses her. Maaya says she thought Kanta would not like her. Kanta says sometimes peoples intentions are wrong and sometimes their time is not right. Maaya’s time was not right or else no mother would abandon her child. She says she will always bless her daughter but would not curse Maaya. Leela recalls cursing Anupama. Maaya wishes all mothers are like Kanta. Kanta says all mothers are the same but sometimes fate makes them different. Maaya says after meeting her she feels like she has met her own mother. Paakhi says she cannot understand why Anupama is tolerating Maaya. Dimple agrees with her. Samar says mom is very kind. Adhik says Anupama will give Little Anu a fair chance of choosing whom she wants to stay with and it would be Little Anu’s decision alone and hopes she does not choose the wrong person.
Maaya’s friend Sushma arrives. Maaya excitedly greets her. Arun asks what a woman like her is doing in a child’s party. Maaya introduces Anupama to Sushma as Little Anu’s foster mother.
Sushma happily hugs Little Anu and offers her gift. Anuj takes Little Anu from there. Sushma asks Maaya why is Anuj behaving weird. Maaya says he is behaving this way since yesterday. Sushma asks if he learnt their truth. Leela asks Vanraj why don’t Anupama and Maaya fight. Vanraj says he doesn’t know. Leela says Anupama has a big tongue but small brain, she shouldn’t have kept Maaya at the house as women like Maaya eye on men. Hasmukh says women like Leela talk cheap. Leela says she is talking to her son. Hasmukh says others are also listening. Leela says they will also see the drama soon.
Anupama asks Anuj why is he behaving rudely with Sushma. He says he will discuss about it later. She insists. Little Anu calls them on stage and thank them and Maaya for celebrating her birthday. She asks them to say something. Anuj says he already recited a poem for her. Kavya asks to repeat it. Anuj says he will say something else and starts praising Anupama for transforming his lonely life and bringing Little Anu in his life. Anuj gets a teary eyed. Little Anu hugs him and says she will never leave him. Anupama thanks Anuj with tears in her eyes. Anupama hugs them both. Maaya feels jealous. Anupama then praises Anuj for fulfilling her dreams which she never had courage to dream. She then calls Maaya on stage. Anuj is furious.
