The episode starts with Kunal defending Vandana. He tells Pammi not to treat Vandana as a servant. He says Vandana is my PA. He tells Vandana to learn to say NO, and to work with Bobby. Vandana goes. Kunal sees Vandana’s mehendi design. He says he hopes Vandana knows the truth. He says cheating in love is the worst thing in life.
Bobby and Vandana are on the way. She expresses her loyalty to her father, while not understanding Kunal’s behavior and actions. He agrees, admitting that he also does not comprehend Kunal’s change in demeanor. However, they both recognize his deep love for his family as a common trait between Bobby and herself. Curious, she asks for clarification. He replies that she may currently view Kunal as arrogant, but assures her that there is more to him than meets the eye and she will eventually understand him. Deciding to shift their focus to work, Vandana mentions her need to prepare for her mehendi ceremony. In contrast, he ponders whether or not to disclose something to her.
When Vijay grinds the mehendi, he feels unwell. Vandana says I’ll call home. Kunal calls Kuldeep. Kuldeep says that he wants the company to be number one, and that he wants revenge on Vandana. As Vijay falls, Aaji shouts and runs to him. She tells him she will help. She shouts for help. Kunal runs to see what’s going on. Vandana says dad doesn’t answer. Bobby says it’s okay, not a big deal.
Kunal inquires about the situation and helps Vijay onto the sofa. He reassures everyone that everything is okay. Vandana mentions that they haven’t been able to reach anyone on the landline. Kunal suggests calling a doctor, but Vijay declines. Aaji expresses gratitude towards Kunal for his assistance, despite having made mistakes in the past. Vaibhav and Mrunal argue when she threatens to share a compromising photo of them together unless he agrees to marry her and keep it a secret from Vandana, who is getting their names written in henna. He pleads with her to delete the photo, but she refuses and makes him an ultimatum. In response, he tells her he has a plan that could get them into trouble with the police, but their love will be enough for them to overcome any challenges, urging her to go along with him. She apologizes for not trusting him at first, but he assures her that she can trust him now. Vijay interjects with his doubts about Vaibhav’s character and asserts that he will never forgive him for putting their family in danger after saving someone’s life.
Kunal assured everyone that he respected their perspectives, and though Vandana may have caused some issues with his father, he still loves his dad and took action to protect him. Despite their disagreement, Bobby offered to return home if anyone felt tense. However, Vandana disagreed and believed that Kunal would become angry. Kunal quickly reassured her that he would handle the situation calmly. He also acknowledged Vandana’s strength in handling problems on her own and clarified that their issues should not reflect on their relationships with each other’s families. Vijay advised them to be sensible and avoid causing any trouble, especially since Vandana is 35 years old and getting married in just three days.
Kunal says good, you love your daughter, keep that love, she needs it. Vijay invites him to marry him. Kunal leaves. Vaibhav and Mrunal come home. Mrunal asks Vandana if she did anything, if she was angry at her, if she would stop the marriage, yes, no, don’t punish us. She holds Kunal’s hand. Kunal says back off, don’t touch me, maybe someone else melts down on your touch, but I won’t.
He stares at Vaibhav. Vaibhav asks, “Why are you staring at me?” Kunal says you have an affair with Mrunal just before the marriage, it’s not okay, I have Vandana and your wedding invite, I have your and Mrunal’s report cards, you’re lucky, I won’t interfere with your life, love cheating doesn’t let someone live and die, so stop this. Kunal scolds Vaibhav for minding his own work. Vaibhav says, “Mind your own work.”
Vaibhav asks do you like Vandana, tell me, do you like her. Kunal says I knew you would say this to provoke me. When Vaibhav sees Vandana approaching, he asks him: Do you like Vandana? Kunal pushes him. He says, “I talked to dad, and everything’s fine.” Kunal becomes angry with Vaibhav. Vaibhav falls down. Vandana runs to him, asking, “Did you push him?”. Kunal says yes, ask him why, you believe whatever he says, wake up, nobody deserves this pain, and I wish this marriage ended.
