Vandana is insulted at the beginning of the episode. Mrunal and Sonia smile as they receive Bobby’s call. Bobby tells her the pictures are morphed and says not to worry, I will figure out who did this. Vandana tries to leave. Some men stop her and tease her. Sonia says it’s too much. Mrunal asks if we should help.
The man asks Vandana to come and pushes her. She falls, and her saree becomes stuck there. Mrunal asks Sonia to come. They get stuck in the crowd. Kunal comes and stops the man from holding Vandana. Sultan…plays… Mrunal and Sonia see Kunal and hide. Kunal sees Vandana crying. He goes to her and covers her with a chunri. Kaun mera…. Plays… He says you aren’t alone, and I’m here.
To beat the men, he says, “Make this video viral. Vandana is my would-be wife. If anyone sees her, I will break hands and snatch her eyes.” He holds Vandana’s hand. Vandana is jealous. As Kunal brings Vandana home, Vijay inquires about the situation. Kunal suggests they talk later and instruct Vandana to rest in her room. Grateful for his concern, she thanks him. He reassures her to relax, and she follows his advice. Vijay then expresses his understanding that someone harassed her due to doctored photographs. Kunal confirms this, emphasizing that Vandana’s integrity remains untainted and nothing harmful occurred. Hemant, Anagha, Atya, and Vijay exchange worried glances as Kunal assures them that the guilty party will be held accountable. He requests they take care of Vandana as they cannot fathom the distress she must be experiencing. Anagha acknowledges his words with gratitude.
Vandana is lucky to be marrying you, as she mentioned. Kunal has learned that you are not pleased with this union, which I can understand since you are a father. Similarly, Vijay argues that you are selfish despite also being a father. Kunal explains that his approval of the marriage is not due to stubbornness but rather for his daughter’s happiness. He suggests that Vijay prioritize Vandana’s happiness and accept her love for Tara. However, Vijay accuses Kunal of taking advantage of Vandana’s vulnerability. In response, Kunal points out that Vijay cannot see her happiness and insists that this is not solely a marriage for the sake of having a child.
Kunal clarifies that our relationship has no misunderstandings, as we have both willingly chosen to be together. However, Vijay disagrees with this statement. Kunal reassures that although he may not be able to give Vandana his love, he will always treat her with respect and stand by her. He promises never to betray her and to make sure she receives all the rights of a wife without having to ask for them. He also vows to protect her reputation and maintain her identity as she becomes a part of the Malhotra family. In return, he only asks for blessings and for everyone to accept Vandana without reservations. Atya smiles.
Pammi shows the pictures at home. Kunal says it’s nonsense, a lie, fake pictures, and you are becoming her enemy; you know her. Pammi says we got insulted. Kunal defends Vandana.
He informs me that I am soon marrying Vandana, and he won’t tolerate any negative remarks towards her. Despite being my namesake wife, she will play the role of Tara’s mother and this household’s daughter-in-law with respect. However, Pammi becomes infuriated and rejects the idea, claiming that things will resume to normal once Kuldeep returns. In the midst of all this, Vandana remembers Kunal and breaks down in tears. Kunal arrives and urges her to prepare quickly as they need to leave.
Meanwhile, Sonia recalls Kunal and Vandana’s past while Mrunal questions her involvement in Vaibhav’s imprisonment for morphing Vandana’s pictures. The heated argument is interrupted by Kunal and Vandana arriving. With a round of applause, Kunal makes his presence known.
