Rishabh finds her sitting in silence and prepares to discuss his salary, but before he can, Bhagyashree is consumed by memories of her past. She recalls running away five years ago for love, only to be abandoned. Her then-boyfriend messaged later, citing family approval and financial reasons for backing out. She attempted to contact her family, only to discover her father had disowned her through a newspaper clipping. Her sister-in-law coldly told her to stay with the man she had chosen. Rishabh, overhearing her story, is moved by her emotional turmoil.

Bhagyashree, reflecting on her past, vows never to let anyone have control over her again. When Vikram approaches her, she remains distant and asks him to join her for a meeting. Rishabh tries to speak, but she gives him a task—to hold her phone and screen her calls.

Meanwhile, Sunny confronts Rishabh for sharing Appa’s number. Rishabh realizes his mistake and prepares to leave. However, Bhagyashree stops him. He apologizes sincerely. She acknowledges his intention wasn’t wrong and confirms his internship with a ₹35,000 salary and a promise of a raise upon confirmation. Rishabh is grateful and moved by her gesture.

Bhagyashree insists they keep things professional, but Rishabh jokes that since he hasn’t submitted his joining letter yet, he might still get a little personal. He wishes for her happiness and even cheekily asks about her shampoo, leaving her pleasantly surprised. Sunny returns to congratulate him, and Rishabh silently prays for Bhagyashree’s happiness.
