Aradhana complains about Reyansh to her HR manager in the episode. She argues and demands that she take action. Reyansh is in a meeting when the HR manager asks what you did. You had hit the girl on her butt, and Reyansh says don’t overreact. As someone who has known you since college, she said I understand you. Not everyone does, you got slapped, and your employee filed a complaint against you.
Reyansh made a good story, but she should have told me if she didn’t like it. According to him, some girls prefer guys like you who are a lost cause. You should go and apologize to her because she is different and can potentially ruin your reputation and stake in the company if this gets out. However, he refuses to do so. To which the female staff member defends Reyansh. He claims he isn’t afraid of anyone and may come across as crazy, but he is not disrespectful. He takes pride in being a good journalist despite his hatred towards women. Moreover, he has some unresolved issues that he refuses to address, but his sharp mind makes up for it. If you get to know him better, you’ll also appreciate him just like I do. Aradhana promptly reminds everyone that they are at the office and should focus on work instead of personal matters.
Reyansh apologizes to her. They argue. She says he thinks he is boss so he will get saved. Reyansh asks her if she is being removed from the office today. Aradhana and Reyansh disagree about their story. HR manager says we will file a complaint on Monday, feel free to come to me. Aradhana argues with Reyansh. He says stay away, it’s a small place, I might touch, there are boundaries. They discuss the case and challenge one another. He leaves.
As a journalist, he knew he would be proved wrong, so he got busy with work, was stubborn, fought with me or every woman. Aradhana arrives home. She sees the guests. She says uncle, I’m sorry, I got late. Harsh and Bhakti say Krishnan came to meet you. Aradhana tells them he didn’t tell me, so they contacted him. Bhakti asks her to meet him. Pooja’s mother asks if we should see him for Pooja.
Pooja refuses, stating that she didn’t inform her parents about her boyfriend and they wouldn’t approve of him due to his background. Aradhana expresses an interest in meeting him, but is interrupted by a message from Reyansh requesting the director to promote his story. After receiving the message, Aradhana heads out for work as Harsh asks about her plans. She assures him that it’s safe and someone else will take care of her story if she doesn’t go. Despite Harsh’s concern for her safety, she insists on going and thanks him for his offer to drop her off.
Reyansh inquires about the affair you had while being married, resulting in a case filed against you. Can you confirm if you truly had feelings for her? The man admits to being in love and having cheated on his wife. He explains that sometimes someone unexpectedly enters your life and causes destruction. Reyansh questions if he also deceived the other woman. The man acknowledges that he was drawn to her but she ended things after six months, leaving him devastated. Aradhana joins them and observes the conversation. The man reveals that he sacrificed everything for her, but she only wanted a role in his movie. As a result, his marriage ended, his reputation was ruined, and he struggled to find work. He reflects on feeling foolish and blames himself for breaking her heart. Sadly, society will always side with the woman in such situations because of her gender.
Aradhana recounts how Reyansh’s belief fueled her confidence in telling her story. He boasts of having a profound understanding of women, and she acknowledges his correctness. Soon after, she pursues an interview with a popular actress. However, Vikram advises her to wait until Monday. Aradhana expresses concern that waiting will be detrimental, so she contacts Muskaan for an immediate interview. The next day, eager to see the news coverage of her work, Aradhana checks the news upon waking up and heads to the office. She inquires about their boss’s whereabouts, accusing him of taking revenge by removing her story. She then confronts Reyansh for his actions but is taken aback when she sees her own news segment playing on the screen. After conducting Muskaan’s interview, Reyansh leaves the scene.
Muskaan complains about the director who broke Aradhana’s trust. Her parents are worried about her. He says it had to happen at some point, she is passionate, and an old storm will resurface.
It’s early in the morning, Bhakti asks Aradhana to eat. Aradhana asks Pooja about her boyfriend, then goes. She comes to work. She calls Dharam and asks how she is, someone filed a Me Too lawsuit against your boss, I heard he will be removed from the company, Khosla will put his puppet on his chair, see what happens, tell me who the girl is, we’ll ask Khosla to promote her. Aradhana hears the staff talking. She remembers Reyansh’s words. She says don’t know, but bye.
The HR manager asked why Aradhana made the decision. She replied that everyone is upset with her complaint, especially Reyansh who often wields his madness as a weapon. As a journalist and a woman, she couldn’t overlook his unacceptable behavior towards her. Reyansh’s views on women are concerning and it made her feel uncomfortable and angry when he touched her. However, she understands that it may not have been intentional. The complaint should be documented for future reference but for today, they will only give him a stern warning. After all, the office should be a safe place for every girl to work in.
Vikram thanks her. HR manager says I assure you, I’ll take strict action if this happens again, thank you. Aradhana calls Reyansh. Aradhana and Reyansh meet today. Aradhana describes him as arrogant, mad, and toxic, but not bad at all. Her friend says you’re trying to reform him, you’ve forgiven him, you’re falling in love with him. She smiles and says she dreamed of Reyansh and then the season changed.
