Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 26th July 2024 Written Episode begins with Savi driving home with Rajat, Aman, Mrunmayi, and Sai after Rajat’s client meeting. She suddenly applies brakes, apologises, and switches on the FM to ease the awkward silence. Aman tells Rajat that they might lose yet another contract. Rajat agrees, saying it has been an unlucky day. Aman then asks why Rajat is travelling in Savi’s car instead of his own. Rajat replies that it’s a long story and jokes that he is forced to travel in this “matchbox” car.
Mrunmayi gets annoyed at their ungrateful comments and scolds both men for being disrespectful towards Savi. Savi asks her to ignore it, but Aman warns her to speak politely to his “mota bhai” Rajat. Mrunmayi fires back, accusing Rajat of misusing Savi’s kindness, reminding him how he sent her parents to jail, ruined her marriage, and still shamelessly asks for her help. She angrily questions how he can even call her his wife. Aman defends Rajat, saying she is exaggerating, and asks her to stop criticising his brother. Mrunmayi refuses to back down, continuing to argue.
Annoyed, Aman asks Savi to stop the car so they can get out. He thanks Savi for her help, glares at Mrunmayi, and leaves. Rajat, however, stays in the car, and Savi resumes driving. Mrunmayi murmurs that the one who should have gotten out of the car didn’t.
Meanwhile, Raju informs Shantanu that he has submitted his name for the society’s secretary position. Shantanu congratulates him, but Raju reveals that he has also submitted Shantanu’s name since he is an experienced vice principal who can handle responsibilities well. Shantanu hesitates, saying that with all the family problems, he doubts he can manage the role. Raju insists that they should move forward and not let personal differences affect community matters.
Just then, they see Savi arriving with Rajat and Sai and feel glad. Rajat tells Sai that he will take her to her grandmother. Savi says Sai will stay with her until Ashika comes to pick her up. Rajat offers to carry the bags. Savi hands them over, but Rajat gives her sari bags instead. When she says she doesn’t need them, Rajat jokes that he can’t wear saris in public. Sai laughs. Savi insists on paying for the saris via UPI, and Rajat teases her by saying he will pay her babysitting fees through his accountant.
At Savi’s society, Ashika arrives, rehearsing her emotional act. Tara notices her and informs Bhagyashree. Bhagyashree confronts Ashika near the lift and demands to know why she is there. Ashika says Sai isn’t home, so she came to look for her. Bhagyashree becomes anxious, asking if she doesn’t even know where her daughter is. Ashika says Sai is at Savi’s house, so she came to pick her up. Bhagyashree angrily reminds her that Sai had to separate from her grandparents because of her actions.
Inside, Savi gives Sai snacks and asks her to go play with the puppy, Chocolate. She tells Isha that she is beginning to feel guilty for sending Sai to Ashika. Outside, Bhagyashree keeps questioning Ashika until Rajat steps in, confirming that Sai is indeed at Savi’s house. Bhagyashree expresses her frustration, saying Ashika didn’t even know where her child was. Rajat takes Bhagyashree home, promising to explain everything, while Savi observes the tense scene.
Later, Savi takes Ashika to her home and confronts her, asking why Sai looked so upset when Mrs Pereira brought her earlier. Ashika claims she doesn’t know why that happened. Savi suggests that maybe Sai is just being stubborn and asks Ashika to be more attentive. Pretending to be emotional, Ashika says she loves her daughter dearly and asks why Savi didn’t inform her earlier.
Savi calmly explains that she called several times, but Ashika’s phone was off. She adds that she knows Ashika has a different lifestyle, staying up late for parties and waking up late. Ashika quickly covers up, saying she couldn’t sleep out of fear that Rajat might take Sai away, and that Arsh gave her sleeping pills to help her rest.
At that moment, Sai comes out chasing Chocolate. Ashika pretends to be affectionate and asks Sai to come to her, but Sai runs to Savi and refuses to go back. Savi gently sends Sai inside to calm her down. Ashika acts hurt, saying Rajat’s family has brainwashed her daughter against her. She claims she only wants to love Sai and give her a better life but fears Rajat’s family won’t let her. She emotionally requests Savi to help her win Sai’s custody. Savi says she will try to talk to Sai.
Savi then searches for Sai and finds her hiding behind a chair. She asks why she is hiding. Sai says she doesn’t want to go home and wants to stay with Savi because she feels scared at her mother’s house. Savi feels torn but reminds herself that it’s a court order for Sai to live with her mother. She gently explains to Sai that every child stays with their mother, giving examples of herself, Rajat, and others. Sai says she misses her father, grandparents, and even Chocolate. Savi assures her they will visit soon but insists she must go home with Ashika for now. Reluctantly, Sai agrees and leaves with Ashika, who thanks Savi before departing.
Isha asks Savi why she sent Sai back when the child clearly wanted to stay. Savi says she had no choice as Sai belongs with her mother. Isha says Sai’s parents are still fighting, and the child is caught in between. Savi sadly replies that all she wants is Sai’s happiness, even if she herself has no right in her life.
Precap: During the Satyanarayan pooja at Rajat’s home, Rajat apologises to God for pretending to be Savi’s husband, while Savi apologises for performing the ritual as Rajat’s wife. A cotton flower falls on them, and Sai prays to God to keep her always with her papa and her Savi aunty.
