Reeva gazes at Ishan’s name tattooed on her neck, a faint smile playing on her lips. She embraces his jacket tightly, swaying to the rhythm of the music playing in the background – “Hai Tujhe Bhi Ijazat Karle Tu Bhi Mohabbat.” Turning to her calendar, she marks down the duration of her job probation and envisions an engagement with Ishan once it’s over. She lovingly picks up a ring purchased for their sakharpuda celebration, but unfortunately, she can’t present it to him. The memory of Ishan referring to her as Mrs Reeva Ishan Bhosle makes her heart flutter, and she knows the title will soon become a reality. Running her fingers over her tattoo displaying his name, she declares it was etched on her soul long before it adorned her body – a permanent symbol of their love. And when the probation period concludes, she will officially be his forever.
The doctor informs the Chavan family that Ninad needs to be transferred to another hospital for his surgery. Ashwini inquires about the hospital, to which the doctor responds with “Care Plus Hospital.” Vinayak points out that it’s a private facility. Ashwini expresses their financial struggles and asks if there is a way for Ninad to undergo surgery free of cost. The doctor assures them he will perform Ninad’s surgery and cover all hospital expenses. Grateful, Ashwini thanks him for being like a god to them. The doctor humbly redirects their gratitude towards Savi and Ishan, who promised to cover Ninad’s medical expenses. This unexpected news surprises them all, and they thank the doctor again before leaving.
When the senior professor enters Ishan’s cabin with Reeva, he praises Reeva’s proposal for the counseling center. Ishan agrees with Reeva’s explanation of the presentation on her tab. She stands close to him and explains. He becomes lost in her beauty and recalls their happier days together. He becomes aware and shouts enough. The professor asks Ishan if he is alright, but he says he is not and asks if the meeting can be held later.
When Reeva asks if he can help, he says he’ll be fine in some time and asks them to excuse him. They all walk away. Ishan wonders what happened to him and why he’s losing control of seeing her. Reeva returns and says she forgot her thing. He asks her to take it and go. She says she lost a lot and will get it back. He says she threw things and won’t get them back. After being away from him, she realizes how valuable he is.
As he tongue-lashed her for ruining his life, she expressed how much she loved him and couldn’t live without him and that she would surely die if he continued to ignore her. Prateek walks in. Ishan describes how much Reeva irritates and informs him about Savi’s problem. Prateek asks what happened to her. He says he will explain on the way.
The Chavans patiently wait outside the operating room while the doctor performs Ninad’s operation. Ishan, accompanied by Prateek, enters and kindly offers Savi some sweets. However, she explained that she was fasting. As the procedure ends, Savi makes her way towards the operating room. Prateek playfully tells Ishan that he never seems to share sweets with him despite constantly spoiling his mood throughout the day. Just then, the doctor emerges and delivers a complex update – although Ninad’s condition has stabilized, his dementia remains unresolved. Grateful for their efforts, the Chavans express their thanks to the doctor. Savi adds that she wants to thank someone who helped them personally. With great emotion, she embraces Ishan. At that moment, Prateek’s phone begins to ring with a familiar tune, “Lagjaa Gale Se Phir Ye Mulaqat Ho Na Ho..”
Ishan says Savi doesn’t have to thank him for the surgery. Savi says he paid for it. Ishan says he didn’t pay and just used the right contact in this charity hospital. Savi says he even saved her grandfather’s life even then. Doctors saved Ishan’s grandfather’s life, so he should be thankful to her instead for saving his sister’s life from the monster Samrudh. Savi should forget everything and concentrate on her studies and her goal of becoming an IAS officer.

Ishan gets angry with Savi. Surekha acts as collapsing. Isha tells Savi that she shouldn’t have taken her and Ishan’s issue publicly because Ishan will never forgive her. Ishan pushes her away angrily as Savi says that whatever she did was not only for Isha but also for him.
