Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 14th May 2024 Written Update begins with Savi and Ishaan rushing to the hospital after learning that Harini has come out of coma. They bump into each other outside her room and share a brief emotional moment. Harini is overjoyed to see them together and thanks Ishaan for being there for Savi, calling him her savior and lovingly addressing him as “jiju.” This makes Reeva, watching from the glass door, visibly upset.
Ishaan leaves to speak to the doctor, while Harini eagerly asks Savi about her marital life. Savi recalls the emotional turmoil, the rejection from Surekha, and her eventual expulsion from college but hides the truth from Harini. Harini, still unaware, continues asking about their rituals and life after marriage. When she senses something is wrong, she starts getting a headache. The doctor advises Ishaan and Savi not to stress her.
As Harini sleeps, Savi worries about where to take her since she has no home now. She calls Shukla and requests him to help arrange a rented room for them. Ishaan insists that Savi must not tell the truth to Harini, fearing she may relapse due to stress. Savi accuses him of lying to avoid guilt, but Ishaan says it’s a necessary lie. Just then, Yashwant calls Ishaan about his engagement to Reeva, further crushing Savi’s heart. She realizes Ishaan is desperate to get rid of her.
At the Bhosale house, Reeva returns broken. Surekha, Swanand, and others argue over Ishaan’s divided loyalties. Swanand fears that Harini might emotionally manipulate Ishaan into staying with Savi. Chinmay supports Savi and Ishaan’s bond, stating they are destined for each other, which angers Yashwant.
Later, Savi contemplates telling Harini everything but hesitates, haunted by the doctor’s warning. Her inner voice challenges her to confront the truth, but she fears breaking Harini’s heart. Harini wakes up and notices Savi’s stress. Just as Savi is about to speak, Swanand demands Reeva leave with him. As he drags her towards the door, Ishaan walks in.
The family bombards Ishaan with questions about Harini and his future with Reeva. Ishaan is left speechless, torn between the promise he made to Harini and the pressure from his family.
Precap: Savi’s tea shop catches fire. Ishaan risks his life to save her parents’ mementos and burns his fingers. Reeva helps him and points out he burnt the finger she was to place the ring on. Ishaan tells Savi he couldn’t let her memories burn. Savi asks why he would do that if she means nothing to him.
