Bhavani asks if she doesn’t want to know about her biological father. When Virat suffers chest pain, his staff forces him into a wheelchair and takes him to the hospital. A doctor asks about his medical history. Sai enters and tells the doctor that she will take care of it. She asks Virat’s staff to wait in a waiting area.
