Isha is remorseful, knowing her son Ishan suffers because of her actions. She had believed that Ishan would be content with Surekha by his side, which led her to pack her belongings. However, Shantanu intervenes, pleading for her to hear him out before making a final decision. He understands her and Ishan’s pain now but reminds her that Ishan was unaware of the truth until today. He reassures her that despite Ishan’s anger, he will eventually realize how much he means to her. Shantanu believes that the worst has already occurred, and now only good things are in store for them.
She gives Savi water in her hostel room. It was her tribute to both her teachers that she revealed the truth to Ishan and reunited mother and son, but Isha also got angry with her; even though the mic was on unknowingly, her intentions weren’t wrong. Harini says everything will work out.
Savi claims Surekha humiliated and slapped her, but Ishan did not support her and instead pushed her and walked away. They switch on the news and watch the reporter say the truth about the Bhosale family has emerged, and Surekha’s evil face has been revealed. Reporters barge on Ishan as he returns home. Ishan breaks the television. He then holds Surekha’s hand as he walks outside the house. As Savi prepares for college, Harini tells her that she shouldn’t.
