When Sai tries to snatch her identity, Paakhi threatens that she will also steal Sai’s identity. She looks at Chavans, refusing to listen to them, saying this is her final decision. Sai says Paakhi is attempting to snatch her identity as a doctor and her son, and she will fight to get her son back from here; this is a battle of truth and lies, and Paakhi knows who is right and who is wrong; Paakhi was honestly treated and is wrongly accused of performing her duty loyally; no doctor can be accused of that; she will make sure Paakhi pays her dues.
Satya reads the case file and tells Dr Survase that it looks like a case about a husband, wife, and an outsider. Dr Survase tells Satya that it is a case about a senior and reputed physician as well. He says the case involves Virat Chavan’s ex-wife and present wife. Paakhi has made serious allegations against Sai; he has seen similar cases before, and Dr Sai could lose her medical license; it is both a medical negligence and criminal case and if they are going to get Sai out of it, they would need the whole medical council’s help.
Dr Survase says he can’t help Sai as a member of the medical council. Satya says he follows the truth and cannot be dishonest to himself. Sai enters and says it is good to hear that he follows a path of truth. Satya asks if he will say the same if she is proved wrong. As Sai says, her Aabha used to say, “If you are on the right path, you should not worry about the troubles that come your way.”
Sai says she’s ready to face unusual questions. Satya says she should be prepared to face any question. Dr Survase informs Sai that she has to be suspended until the case is resolved. Sai says she is being stopped from serving people but will fight in court and prove that she is innocent.
The nurse feels sorry for Sai and reveals that Satya is handling her case and fears Satya will vent out his grudge against her. Sai walks into her cabin and packs her bags. After getting out of her cabin, outpatients start talking bad about her. Sai says she isn’t afraid because she isn’t wrong. She advises them to go to another hospital instead of criticizing Sai without knowing the truth. Sai stops the nurse and leaves. Virat calls his lawyer home, tells him about the case, and tells him he will testify against Paakhi. Upon hearing their conversation, Paakhi looks angrily at them and leaves.
Taking Virat aside, Sai tells him that Paakhi is angry because she is staying in this house, and she doesn’t want him to get involved in this. Virat says he is Napgur’s deputy commissioner and can’t see injustice in his own house. Sai says she will handle her case on her own and doesn’t need his assistance.
When Sai is making Savi sleep, he recalls patients criticizing her and feeling sad. She promises her Aaba that she won’t let anyone steal her identity. Dr Satya calls her and asks if she can meet him at the hospital right now. Satya asks at this time. Satya says she can skip this if she has any other important work to do besides saving her medical license.
Sai says she will come right now. Savi asks where she is going. Sai tells her she has a medical emergency at the hospital and makes her sleep again. Virat gets a call from his lawyer who informs him that he forwarded the contact information for a medical council officer handling Sai’s case. Virat says he will investigate.
Paakhi says he is supporting his ex-wife against his wife and betraying her. Virat says he was a fool to trust her. Paakhi asks what she means. He reminds her of what she told him when he asked her not to send Sai and Savi out of the house, and he asks her to take back the case. As Virat points out, she is going far away from him with her heinous acts and warns her to reform herself before it’s too late.
Satya asks Sai how she’s related to Paakhi. Sai says Paakhi was her husband’s brother’s wife before who died in an accident; and when she left her ex-husband, Virat, Paakhi married him. Satya says this means she has more than one relationship with Paakhi. Sai says he can say that too.
Satya jokes that the police usually arrive late, but they came early this time. Virat enters and says Sai is innocent because his wife has filed false allegations against him. As his wife was unconscious at the time of surgery, Virat had given consent to Dr Sai.
When Satya asks Virat why he is telling him all this, Virat replies that he is a doctor appointed by the medical council. Satya then asks who gave him this information.
Sai notices Satya collapsing as she questions Virat why she is questioning him so much. Virat promises to solve everything and asks her not to tell Sai about their conversation.
