Sai’s aunt asks Satya if he has gone on a date with Sai. Satya says he has a court date tomorrow and asks why she called him. When her son suddenly starts frothing while eating, a mother calls for help from a doctor. Sai rushes to the boy’s aid. When Satya sees the boy’s mouth frothing, he has an anxiety attack, recalling how his wife Girija also experienced this.
Sai treats the boy, then rides Satya’s bullet with Satya as a pillion and taunts Satya about his actions. Sai gets ready for the court hearing the next day. Bhavani brings sweet curd as a good luck gift for her and says she became a doctor while at Chavan Nivas, so she knows how valuable her degree is to her.
Sonali says Bhavani fed sweet curd to Virat 5000 years ago when he went for an IPS exam and never fed sweet curd to anyone since then. Bhavani says it must be confusing for her. Ashwini says she understands her situation and hence wants to suggest she take back the case if she wants to save her family; Paakhi takes Ashwini’s blessings and feeds her sweet curd and wishes her good health.
Ninad and Omkar wish Sai all the best. Ninad asks about Virat since his presence is also important in court. Ashwini says she cannot support wrong. Paakhi says Virat has been missing since last night. Bhavani says she doesn’t need to worry about Virat and feeds sweet curd Sai. Vinayak feeds sweet curd to Paakhi and wishes her all the best in her exam. Sai and Paakhi leave for court after Paakhi says her son’s good wishes are enough to make her pass the exam.
When the court hearing begins, Sai’s lawyer says DCP Virat is absent. Judge asks why. Virat rushes in and apologizes for being late. Bhavani asks Virat if he has completed his task. The medical council member asks the judge to dismiss Sai’s plea as a mistrial and give Paakhi the verdict since he put pressure on them to favour Dr Sai and Dr Pulkit.
Virat says with all due respect that he has never met her before. The Council member says she is talking about Bhavani. Judge asks her to explain what happened in more detail. Lady goes into a flashback where Bhavani promises to get land allotted for her hospital if she favours Sai and Pulkit. As Virat already tried that, he asks Bhavani why she did it. Bhavani replies that she was trying to help Sai.
It is in that case that the judge decides that Sai’s case is a mistrial and begins his judgement when Virat stops him and asks for permission to speak. Virat apologizes to the judge on Bhavani’s behalf and assures him that Sai wasn’t aware of Bhavani’s efforts. Sai agrees.
Virat says he wants the judge to listen to a few people from Kankauli. Kankauli’s people walk in. Virat introduces them. The judge asks how they relate to the case. Virat says a doctor’s talent can be judged by the verdict of her patient. In Kankauli, people describe how Sai performed Gayatri’s delivery, fought against a local goon to establish a hospital there, and treated many other patients for free.
As Paakhi’s lawyer asks Sai how his social work relates to this case, Virat replies that Sai values the patient’s life more than anything else and requests the judge not to pronounce the undertrial before the proper investigation is completed. Even Dr Satya wants to request the judge not to give a verdict without a proper trial, as Sai’s principles are above all for her. He says he can take her guarantee.
As a medical council member took Sai’s guarantee, the court gives Sai a chance to prove her innocence. Sai thanks the judge while Paakhi fumes.
