When Savi returns to the hospital with Prasad, she asks the nurse about Ishaan’s condition. She says his vital signs are normal, but his condition would be critical if he doesn’t regain consciousness. Savi asks if she can meet him. The nurse says she can, but she needs to be careful. Surekha stops Savi. In her words, she performed Maha Mrityunjai Jaap for Ishaan at a nearby temple and brought Belpatra for him.
Surekha warns her not to cause more problems for Ishaan by staying away from him. Durva joins her and humiliates Savi followed by Nishi. Ishaan regains consciousness once the nurse touches Bella to his eyes. Once the nurse does that, Ishaan returns to consciousness. She informs the doctor. Family rushes into Ishaan’s room. Reeva joins them. Savi stops reciting Yashwant’s warning.
Savi thanked God when he heard the doctor ask Ishaan how he was doing. The doctor asks Ishaan if he can see clearly or if he has trouble seeing. Ishaan looks around and says he can see Reeva, his family, and the doctor. The nurse looks at Savi. Ishaan gets a hug from Reeva as she says they are all worried about him. Surekha thanked God that Ishaan was okay and asked why he wouldn’t since Reeva had performed prayers for him. The nurse looks at Savi. Savi signals to her that it is OK.
Savi remains outside Ishaan’s room, exhausted from her two-day hospital stay without food. Shikha urges her to go home and rest, but Savi persists in staying. The doctor informs the Bhosales that Ishaan is well enough to leave the hospital, and Yashwant expresses his gratitude before asking Nishi to take care of the bills. Reeva notices Savi and remembers their conversation at the temple. As the family prepares to take Ishaan home, Shikha searches for Savi while Surekha angrily glares at her. Once they reach home, Ishaan reflects on his argument with Savi, and she returns home after staying by his side throughout his recovery.
As Reeva exits with her bags, Surekha inquires about the situation. With a heavy heart, Reeva explains that she is leaving indefinitely since she lacks a familial bond to justify her presence – gesturing towards Savi. Despite Surekha’s love for her as a daughter, Reeva feels it is best to take this step to preserve her dignity. She assures Surekha that no one has said anything negative to her. Ishaan then tries to understand why Reeva would suddenly make such a decision, reminding her of the love and acceptance she receives from everyone in the household.
Surekha gives her promise and asks if Savi said something. Reeva confirms that Savi is right, and with her words, she has realized she shouldn’t stay in the house. Angered by Savi’s audacity to ask Reeva to leave, Ishaan demands an explanation from her. Reeva calms him down and agrees that she must go as per Savi’s wishes. However, Surekha intervenes and asks Yashwant to share his thoughts. Yashwant remains silent. As Reeva approaches the door, Ishaan stops her and asserts that she cannot be let go like this because Savi’s asking her to leave is wrong. Despite him holding onto her hand, Reeva maintains that she has already made up her mind about leaving.
Surekha asks for a change in her decision. Durva pleads for her not to leave and questions who gave Savi the authority to make decisions in this house. Reeva reassures them, saying it’s okay. Nishi reminds them that only Surekha and Yashwant have the power to make decisions in this household. Reeva expresses her desire to leave. Surekha asserts that she holds the same position as Durva and Anvi in this house and has every right to stay here. Ishaan adds on by saying how much everyone cares for her. Savi defends herself by stating that they are accusing her unjustly without knowing the whole story, emphasizing that she did not ask Reeva to leave the house. Ishaan warns Savi to stop, instructing her to return to her room. As Savi walks away, Ishaan tries persuading Reeva once again. However, Reeva acknowledges that while Savi may be Ishaan’s wife, she holds no significance in his life and cannot stay here any longer.
