The episode of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein on 30th July 2024 begins with chaos at the Thakkar residence. Tara yells at Savi, asking her to leave the place immediately. Savi firmly replies that she will go only after Bhagyashree regains consciousness. The Thakkar family surrounds Bhagyashree, deeply worried for her.

A watchman enters and explains that when he went to keep a ladder in the storeroom, he found Bhagyashree unconscious on the floor, with the lights off and the door locked from outside. Tara panics, saying Bhagyashree suffers from asthma and cannot breathe properly in a closed room. Isha feels guilty and prays for Bhagyashree’s recovery, insisting she never intended to harm her. Tara then questions who locked the door from the outside.

Aman claims he saw Isha walking around the storeroom, prompting Rajat to accuse Isha of intentionally locking Bhagyashree to take revenge on him. He warns that if anything happens to Bhagyashree, he will make Isha pay. Savi becomes furious and defends her mother, saying Isha would never harm anyone. Aman continues blaming Isha, but Mrunmayi stops him, saying Isha is incapable of such cruelty. Lucky sees this as an opportunity to regain Mrunmayi’s trust and supports the Bhosales, pretending to side with them.

Isha, feeling guilty, decides to confess everything, but Savi stops her, assuring everyone that her mother is innocent. The argument continues until Raju steps in, asking everyone to stop fighting and focus on Bhagyashree’s condition. The family quickly carries Bhagyashree back to their flat.

Later, Isha confides in Lucky that she did lock the storeroom but not with bad intentions. She explains that she only wanted to confront Rajat about using Savi for his own benefit, not to hurt Bhagyashree. Lucky realises that if Isha tells the truth, Aman will be proven right, and Mrunmayi will trust him again, so he convinces Isha to stay silent and sends her home.

At the Thakkar flat, the doctor treats Bhagyashree and advises the family to keep her stress-free. Tara anxiously asks why Bhagyashree has not regained consciousness yet. Savi brings Sai into the room, and the moment Bhagyashree hears Sai’s voice, she wakes up. Sai lovingly asks her to take care of her health and follow her medication. Bhagyashree feels emotional and blessed. Savi then takes Sai back to Arsh’s house.

There, the new nanny informs Savi that Ashika and Arsh have gone to Delhi and she was hired as a replacement. Savi grows suspicious, feeling that Ashika does not genuinely care for Sai and only uses her for her own benefit. She gently puts Sai to sleep by telling her a story.

Meanwhile, Bhagyashree’s condition improves. Tara complains that the Bhosales always bring trouble wherever they go. Riddhi, however, reminds her that despite the chaos, the pooja went smoothly and Sai’s presence was auspicious. Bhagyashree agrees and asks Lucky to deliver prasad to Sai. Rajat volunteers instead, saying he has work nearby. Bhagyashree understands his hidden emotions and realises that Rajat still deeply loves and misses Sai.

Rajat visits Sai’s room and becomes emotional upon seeing her toys and remembering the moments they shared together. He softly promises that he will bring Sai back home.

At Ashika’s house, Savi tries to put Sai to bed when Ashika and Arsh return from Delhi. They proudly show designer shoes and a pink frock they bought for Sai. Savi reminds them that Sai’s favourite colour is actually purple and criticises them for leaving her alone. Ashika defends herself, saying she had a modelling assignment. Savi argues that Rajat cares more for Sai than she does. Ashika then manipulates the situation emotionally and pleads with Savi to attend Sai’s custody hearing the next day. Savi refuses, saying her presence will not change anything, but Ashika continues her emotional blackmail.
