Jhanak 13th December 2025 Written Update begins at the college, where Mishti taunts Jhanak, saying she is lucky because Aniruddh withdrew the case and the police released her. Jhanak calmly replies that Mishti has changed ever since Jhanak started scoring higher marks than her. She questions how Mishti can behave this way, especially knowing exactly what happened in the house. One of Mishti’s friends mocks Jhanak and says she has great courage to steal a jewel.
Ayush intervenes and asks how they are so sure Jhanak is guilty when none of them were present in the house. Mishti’s friend counters that Ayush was not there either and claims they will believe Mishti alone. Ayush asks them to stop targeting Jhanak. Jhanak tells Mishti that she is upset only because Jhanak returned to college. She adds that Mishti can keep trying to stop her from attending classes.
Mishti calls Jhanak ungrateful. Jhanak replies that she is grateful to Aditi, but she did not steal anything and will not accept false blame. She reveals that even Mishti’s fingerprints were found on her bag, yet no one questioned Mishti because she comes from a wealthy family. Jhanak tells Ayush she does not want to waste time arguing and leaves with him, while Mishti and her friends continue shouting that Jhanak is a thief.
Ayush asks Jhanak not to react. He then confesses that he loves her and worries about her. Jhanak gently tells him that she is married to Rishi and cannot give anyone else space in her heart. When Ayush asks if she truly loves Rishi, Jhanak admits that she did not love him initially, but her feelings developed over time. She says Rishi is her husband in her heart and she loves him. She adds that Ayush is a good friend and she feels lucky to have him.
Later, students ask the professor to announce their scores. The professor reveals that Mishti scored 78 while Jhanak scored 88 and praises Jhanak for her performance. She asks the students to calculate their percentages. Ayush proudly announces that Jhanak scored 85 percent and adds that she achieved this despite facing many difficulties. Mishti gets furious hearing this.
Jhanak becomes emotional and tells the professor that she has faced insults everywhere and feels that the city has not accepted her yet. She says she doubts whether it ever will. Ayush asks her not to lose hope. The professor asks Mishti about her percentage, and Mishti admits she scored 55 percent. The students laugh, and the professor compares Mishti and Jhanak, pointing out that Mishti had privilege but still scored poorly. She adds that Mishti cannot become a good human being even if she becomes a doctor.
Jhanak asks the professor not to speak like that in front of everyone. Mishti accuses Jhanak of acting innocent. Ayush openly confronts Mishti and says everyone knows how she constantly targets Jhanak. He reveals that he knows Mishti stole the jewel and framed Jhanak. He warns her to stay away from Jhanak and mind her own business.
Meanwhile, at home, Sanjhbati asks her family why they changed their decision regarding her marriage. Her mother says she knows Sanjhbati will not marry anyone else. Dritimaan expresses his happiness that the family agreed to the marriage. He promises to support Sanjhbati in fulfilling her dreams and admits he made mistakes in the past. He assures them that he will try to give Sanjhbati everything she lost because of him.
Kaka asks Dritimaan to speak with his family as well. Sanjhbati becomes emotional. Dritimaan thanks Sanjhbati’s family, and Kaka suggests fixing the marriage date soon. Dritimaan agrees and says he does not want to delay anything. Kaka asks Sanjhbati to give sweets to Dritimaan. She brings sweets and is asked to sing. Encouraged by her mother, Sanjhbati sings, and Dritimaan joins her.
In Simulboni, Parashar talks to Nutan in his sleep, worrying Veer. Kanka arrives with Dhamu and asks about Parashar’s condition. Veer assures her that Parashar will be fine with rest. Parashar murmurs that Nutan came to him, making Kanka emotional. Veer explains that these are side effects of the medicine. Kanka insists on informing Jhanak and asks Veer to call her, but Jhanak does not answer. Kanka decides to go to the college.
Parashar later wakes up and sees Kanka beside him. She hugs him and cries with relief. Veer informs Parashar that the police found three dead bodies near the river and assumed they were dead. Dhamu reveals that he placed their clothes there to mislead the police. Parashar appreciates his presence of mind. Kanka asks Parashar to rest instead of talking.
The next day, Dritimaan informs his parents that Sanjhbati’s family has agreed to the marriage. Surjeet suggests deciding the date and venue. Dritimaan says Sanjhbati’s family will visit in the evening to discuss the wedding. Aditi happily comments that it is finally good news in the house. She asks Dritimaan to ensure Sanjhbati’s dreams are not broken. Dritimaan advises Aditi to tell Aniruddh not to interfere excessively in family matters and reminds her to respect the family.
Jhanak asks Aditi if she should prepare her breakfast. Aditi says she will manage. Dadabhai gives Jhanak money to buy sweets for scoring well, but Tanushri accuses him of insulting Mishti by rewarding only Jhanak.
