Kumkum Bhagya 12th November 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Harleen questioning RV about the truth. RV replies that Poorvi will explain. Harleen asks Poorvi if she has been fasting. Poorvi apologises and admits that even though everyone asked her not to, she secretly kept the Karwachauth fast. She explains that it is her first Karwachauth and as a married woman she could not let the day pass without observing the ritual. She says she feels blessed to have such a loving husband and family who care for her deeply, but she also wanted to do something in return. Poorvi admits it was a mistake to hide the truth and asks for forgiveness.

Dadu comforts her and says there is no need to apologise. He praises her for knowing and respecting traditions, adding that she is very lucky for their family. Dadi agrees with his words. Dadu calls her a boon and Harman adds that she is unlike today’s girls. He admires her devotion to keeping the strict fast despite being unwell. Jaswant also praises her commitment. Vikrant comments that if given a choice no one would keep a fast, but Poorvi still observed it. Vaishali, however, questions why she disobeyed them.

Harleen admits she was worried but asks RV to break Poorvi’s fast. Poorvi covers her head with her dupatta, gives the aarti plate to RV, and then performs the puja by looking at the moon through the sieve. She looks at RV through it, and he makes her drink water to complete the ritual. Deepika notes that RV has performed the puja with Poorvi and teasingly asks if she also wants to do it with him. Monisha watches angrily. RV and Poorvi then take blessings from the elders.

Deepika asks Poorvi if she does not feel guilty for disobeying them. Harleen responds that while she was upset, she is happy that Poorvi fulfilled the fast with devotion. She reminds everyone that only a married woman can keep the fast and that it carries blessings for her husband. Dadu praises Poorvi again, saying RV is fortunate to have her. Harman tells her she has won everyone’s heart and asks RV to take her to rest. RV says she also needs her medicine, which she avoided due to fasting. A discussion follows about whether medicine breaks a fast.

Diya tells everyone she will go home now and hugs Poorvi before leaving. RV takes Poorvi away. Vaishali questions whether the right thing happened with Monisha, but Harleen insists nothing was wrong, since Poorvi’s devotion will be rewarded.

In their room, RV tells Poorvi he expected Harleen to be angry but was surprised she was pleased. He adds that while everyone was happy, he himself is not, explaining that he is only feeding her because she kept the fast and he cares for her health. He makes her eat and asks her to chew properly. Poorvi wonders how he would treat her if he were happy, since he is caring even while upset. Monisha overhears and fumes with jealousy.

Later, Deepika speaks to Monisha and says everyone truly blessed Poorvi. Monisha insists it was pity, not blessings. Deepika says it was genuine love, but Monisha rejects it, declaring she does not want such love. She is furious that RV was asked to break Poorvi’s fast and that he even fed her afterwards. Monisha angrily throws things, accusing Poorvi of getting everything without effort. She even wonders if Poorvi practises black magic.

Deepika reveals that Monisha’s fast was not genuine, since she secretly ate and drank, and that Karwa Mata may be upset with her. Monisha admits she only acted because of one person.

She later storms into Neha’s house and calls for Sahil. Monisha angrily says Poorvi is still alive because of his failure, accusing her of stealing RV and celebrating Karwachauth with him. She complains that she wasted money on him. When Sahil defends Neha, Monisha slaps him. Neha objects, but Monisha says she only slapped Sahil to avoid striking someone who was fasting. She angrily storms out, leaving tension behind.
