The Episode begins with the man in the lock up urging RV to consider his words, stating that the culprit is likely someone close to him. Dismissing this idea, RV insists it cannot be true and accuses the man of overthinking. The man, who happens to be a criminal defense lawyer, shares his expertise and reveals that even his father is a lawyer. He then leaves to attend to his case. In the meantime, Soham’s mother informs Diya that RV has tarnished her reputation and as a result, their families have decided to call off the alliance.
Vishaka points out that she brought an alliance for Diya in light of RV’s involvement. Soham’s mother admits they were unaware of the reality at the time. Khushi defends Diya and questions what her fault is. However, Soham’s mother ultimately decides to call off the alliance, stating her unwillingness to associate with a family like theirs. Khushi believes Diya could have found a good match if it weren’t for Soham manipulating her with his love.
Diya urges her not to speak, and Soham and his mother take their leave. Upon hearing the news of Diya’s broken alliance, Divya breaks down in tears. Vishaka remarks that they were fortunate to discover the truth about the family before the marriage took place. Khushi adds that while it may seem appealing to marry into a wealthy household, it is better to avoid those where alliances are broken and people flee.
Harman inquires with Neha if she requires another briefcase. Neha assents and asks if he wants her to return the case. Harman clarifies by asking until what time should he bring the money. Neha informs him that the bank is open until 3:30 pm and queries why he wants to give her money. Harman responds by stating that it is for her to retrieve the case. Neha assures him that she will take care of returning the case. Poorvi expresses uncertainty, prompting Harman to reassure her that he will bring the money. Neha also adds that Poorvi is welcome to stay if she wishes.
Harman requests Poorvi’s presence before leaving. While outside, she informs Neha that she will return soon. Poorvi then expresses her uncertainty to Harman about the situation. However, he receives a call from Harleen and assures Poorvi of his support before asking her to enter. As Harleen becomes upset with both Harman and Poorvi, she threatens to intervene if he is not acting properly. Meanwhile, Monisha escorts Neha into a room and confronts her about accepting money from them.
Neha questions if the monetary amount provided is significant, reminding of their previous agreement that she would do anything for money. However, upon seeing the change instead of the expected larger sum, she becomes enraged. Monisha assures her that she will receive a substantial amount if she follows Monisha’s instructions. Neha rejects the plan and states that it has been altered. She expresses her surprise at the sudden change in Monisha’s attitude towards money and mentions that she would have accepted one briefcase, but was offered another. Poorvi enters and Monisha conceals herself. Neha dismisses Poorvi’s concern and asks her to come out into the open. She places the briefcase in the room and shuts the door behind her, unaware that Monisha is hiding inside.
Harleen insists that Monisha is the only one who can assist her, emphasizing that Harman’s actions are misguided. Vikrant encourages him to have faith in Harman, and Harleen urges him to bring her along. Confused, Vikrant questions what she means. Clarifying, Harleen mentions that Monisha will escort her and proceeds to call her. Suddenly, Monisha’s phone begins to ring. Hearing the sound, Poorvi informs Neha that it is Monisha’s phone ringing. In a panic, Monisha fumbles with the phone in an attempt to silence it, causing it to slip out of her hand.
According to Neha, the phone was left on the corner before she entered. Upon receiving a call from Harman, Poorvi agrees to retrieve money from his manager who is en route, while he promises to arrive in 5 minutes. Poorvi then calls Neha and assures her that she will return shortly with the funds before departing. Sensing potential danger in Neha, Monisha warns her that she will not let her go without a fight and instructs her to follow her commands.
Divya and Vishaka are upset about Diya’s alliance. Vishaka expresses her opinion that whatever has happened is for the best. Khushi reassures them that they will find a suitable match for Diya. Vishaka suggests that they should go and speak to RV, and invites Khushi to join them. Meanwhile, Monisha physically assaults Neha by hitting her head against the wall, reminding her not to ruin her plans. She then proceeds to threaten Neha mercilessly. Just as Poorvi enters the scene, Monisha makes Neha fall down and hides from sight. Poorvi notices scratches on Monisha’s hand and inquires about them. Neha lies, claiming that it was RV who had caused them during an episode of mental trauma where she fainted and fell down. She then asks Poorvi to accompany her somewhere, but Poorvi senses something amiss.
