At the start of the episode, Sheela points out that Poorvi has the letter A written on her hand. Vishaka agrees and confirms that it is indeed the letter A. Diya disagrees and claims it is actually RV’s letter R. This revelation surprises everyone. After checking Poorvi’s mehendi, Beena also confirms that it is RV’s R. Ashutosh’s Dadi interjects, insisting that the mehendi should be removed from Poorvi’s hands as it is not appropriate for her to have it on her wedding day. Beena agrees and orders for the mehendi to be removed, questioning how someone could write R on Poorvi’s hand when she is getting married to Ashutosh. Meanwhile, Suresh can be seen drinking and walking in the corridor. Ranbir follows him and questions his behavior, asking if this is how he normally talks and acts. Suresh responds with a perplexed “What did I do?”

According to Ranbir, apologizing once would have resulted in forgiveness and if he had made a mistake, he would have apologized as well. Ranbir also mentions how it seems like Suresh wants to behave rudely and cause trouble, but he decided to stay after learning about Suresh’s son. He questions whether Suresh is setting a good example of respect and manners for his son to learn from. In addition, he brings up the fact that Suresh will soon have a daughter-in-law in his house and reminds him that saying sorry does not diminish one’s stature but actually earns them respect. However, Suresh declares that he doesn’t need any lectures and instead plans to prove his respect through his family members. Ranbir doubts if anyone in Suresh’s family has proper manners and asks him to bring them to room 101. Eventually, Ranbir leaves without further discussion.

Ashutosh is with his friends, pondering the idea of changing his clothes. He had previously asked his students not to wear such attire. However, one of his friends reassures him that he looks good and encourages him to continue wearing similar clothes. Jokingly, he adds that if he were a girl, he would have proposed to marry Ashutosh. The other friend reminds them that Ashutosh is getting married and is known for being dedicated to his future wife. However, Ashutosh confidently claims that even after marriage, he will still admire other girls. Suddenly, a lady dancer approaches and expresses her liking towards Ashutosh. He reciprocates her feelings and even compliments her appearance. She humorously remarks that she is the last glimpse of his bachelorhood. Flirtatiously, Ashutosh comments on her attractiveness just as the lights go out.

Ashutosh’s grandmother inquires about the letter written on the mehendi. The designer confirms it is an A. However, Dadi notices it has faded into an R. Diya clarifies that it symbolizes RV’s name now. Beena asks for a bowl of water and instructs the servant to clean off the mehendi. Diya adds that it turned out beautifully. Remembering Manpreet’s explanation about the significance of a guy’s initial on a girl’s hand, Ashutosh’s Dadi insists that his name must be present on Poorvi’s hand as well since he is meant to be in her life. Bijli brings the water and Beena washes off Poorvi’s mehendi with it, while Diya speculates that perhaps RV is destined to be with Poorvi too.

Prachi urges her not to joke around. Ashok assures her that he will help her understand and turns to Diya, questioning why she keeps repeating herself. Diya admits that she is unsure why she keeps bringing it up, but continues to explain that it weighs heavy on her heart. Ashok points out that if RV or Poorvi truly wanted to marry each other, they would have shared their intentions with them. Vishaka chimes in, adding that if RV was serious about Poorvi, he would have introduced his family as a potential match for her. Divya adds that otherwise, they could have simply gotten married without any hesitation. Beena takes notice of the mehendi on Poorvi’s hand, which now bears the letter R after the design had been ruined during application. She suggests having a flower drawn over it instead but is told by the designer that it can’t be fixed at this point. Jasbir remarks to his guard that his name’s initial has now become a permanent part of Poorvi’s mehendi design. Vishaka then asks Jasbir to fetch some juice for them, mistaking him for a waiter.

As the bachelor party begins, the dancers take to the floor. Ashutosh’s gaze falls on one of them and they begin dancing together. Removing his jacket, the dancer catches the eye of Jasbir who leads him to a private room. There, the dancer clarifies that she is simply there to perform and not interested in anything more. Ashutosh assures her of his loyalty, stating that he could easily have any number of women but he only has eyes for Poorvi and intends to marry her. He reveals that Qutub Minar, the man she was dancing with, is Poorvi’s fiancé and tonight is their sangeet. The dancer then declares that she will not marry him.

Jasbir tells her your bad days haven’t come, and says he’s tall so he’ll spend half of the time setting his specs. He asks her to sit and tells her that he just wants her to dance with him, so that he can talk to Poorvi and make her understand. In order to unite two lovers, he says it is a good deed. He gives him a bundle of notes and says I’ll give you more if you just dance with him. He agrees. He says that you’re cute, but doesn’t know how you’ll look after you take off your make up. She agrees.

If any of the rituals go wrong, Vishaka asks if the marriage should be called off. After asking Susheela, Beena and Sheela if they want to cancel the marriage, she says she believes in the rituals more than you. The alphabet still remains in her hand, so she asks them not to waste time and say it as soon as possible.
