The episode begins with Prachi and Ranbir locking eyes with each other. Ranbir holds her mangalsutra in his hand, and Prachi stands up and puts it on, mentioning that Akshay liked its design and purchased it. Ranbir insists that she should tell him the truth, to which Prachi responds, “You already know everything.” He then assists her in wearing the mangalsutra.
Ranbir informs his boss that they haven’t found the girl. As Prachi leaves the scene, Ranbir warns his boss that this is not a safe place, and someone might shoot her. The boss instructs Ranbir to bring the girl to him, mentioning that she resisted giving up her mangalsutra and even called the police. He orders the robbers to capture the girl, while also instructing everyone present to hand over their belongings, as the police might arrive at any moment.
There is a flashback in which Prachi recalls Ranbir buying another mangalsutra for her. She says that she already has a mangalsutra that he has given her during her marriage. Ranbir suggests she wear it alternately with another mangalsutra. Prachi says it is stunning. The flashback ends. As she turns to leave, Ranbir approaches.
His questions are wanted. Prachi says she has no answers. He asks if she loves him. She pushes him and asks him not to do the same thing with Mihika or other, as he did with her, and asks her to become someone else. They see Manager hiding in the CCTV room and are scared. Divya and Mihika hide in the CCTV room. Mihika says they will be here as well.
In response to her question, she asks you why are you hiding here. She asks him to save people. I am doing the same, and the manager says the jewellery section keys are with them, and they cannot harm anyone until they have them. He asks them not to tell anyone. The robber calls Prachi to stop. Mihika says someone is outside. She says it may be a robber.
A robber is pushed by Prachi and she runs. The manager, Mihika, and Divya get shocked as she approaches the CCTV room. Prachi tells them that the robber has seen them, so she will save them all. She asks them to hide so that they do not see the robber. Prachi steps out and announces that she’s coming. Swiftly, she pushes the clothes stand onto the robber and makes a run for it, inadvertently missing Mihika, Divya, and the manager who were nearby.
In the meantime, Akshay and Abhay arrive at the scene. The robber aims his gun at them, causing tension. Prachi reappears and pleads with the robber not to harm them. Displaying immense bravery, she positions herself in front of Akshay and Abhay to shield them. The robber then takes all three of them away, presumably as hostages.
Inquiring about the robber, the Inspector calls him Shera, reminding him of what he did last time. The robber says if you find out about me, I will not kill anyone with my hands. Shera says this time I have hostages with me. He is warned not to do anything else or he will be jailed for five years. Shera says he intends to loot the mall. Constables are asked to deal with the media, as the Inspector sees them.
Shera is mad, so the Inspector tells Constable that he has to take action. Constable asks him if he knows him. Inspector says he was my high school senior. Upon hearing the news, Ashok is taken aback, as he realizes that they all went to the same mall. Worried about Prachi, Divya, and Mihika decide to venture outside. Meanwhile, the manager contemplates locking the door, assuming they have left the premises. However, his plans are thwarted when the robbers arrive and forcefully push the door, ushering Akshay, Prachi, and Abhay into the presence of their boss.
The boss asks if anyone wants anything. The salesgirl says she wants water. The boss says he wanted to say, do whatever you want, but don’t eat my brain. The boss gives Prachi a 30-minute ultimatum to apologize and return the mangalsutra. Akshay remarks to Prachi that it’s fortunate she didn’t hand over the mangalsutra because it has diamonds worth 5 lakh rupees. Prachi appears upset upon hearing this. She finds solace in the fact that Mihika, Divya, and Ranbir are not present in the situation, which seems to work in her favor.
