The episode begins at the hospital where Arohi lies unconscious after losing too much blood. Bhoomi anxiously waits outside the ICU, holding Arohi’s phone tightly. The doctor tells her that Arohi’s condition is stable for now, but she must remain under observation. Bhoomi thanks him and quietly slips into Arohi’s room to keep watch.

Moments later, Sarojini, disguised as a nurse, enters the hospital carrying a tray of medicines. Her face is partially covered, but her eyes reveal a sinister calm. She injects a clear liquid into a syringe and approaches Arohi’s bed, whispering that it’s time to end her pain forever. Just as she raises the syringe, Bhoomi walks in and catches her red-handed.

Bhoomi grabs Sarojini’s wrist and slaps her hard. The syringe falls to the floor. Sarojini, realizing her disguise is exposed, tries to defend herself by claiming she came to check on Arohi. Bhoomi pulls off her mask, shouting that she now knows everything about Project Rudra and the prison attack on Abhishek. Sarojini glares at her and warns that she is playing with fire. Their heated argument draws the attention of the hospital staff, but Sarojini quickly regains her composure and pretends to faint, escaping the situation before the police arrive.

Meanwhile, Suman arrives with Malini and learns what happened. She hugs Bhoomi, thanking her for saving Arohi’s life. Bhoomi insists they must not rest until Sarojini’s crimes are exposed. Malini is shocked, unable to believe that Sarojini, her own relative, could go this far. Bhoomi shows them the video from Arohi’s phone, revealing Sarojini’s meeting with the masked man. The entire family is stunned.

Back at the Dewan mansion, Sarojini destroys all evidence of Project Rudra, including files and SIM cards. She calls the masked man, who tells her to stay low until he handles the rest. She snaps that she won’t run and vows to finish what she started. As she looks into the mirror, she mutters that if Arohi survives, everything will be ruined.

At the hospital, Arohi regains consciousness briefly and whispers Bhoomi’s name. Bhoomi assures her that she is safe now, but Arohi weakly says there’s more to Project Rudra than they know. Before she can continue, the monitors start beeping, and the doctor rushes in. Bhoomi and Suman are pushed outside as the medical team works on her.

The episode ends with Sarojini standing outside the hospital, watching through the glass doors. She smiles coldly and says, “You can’t escape fate, Arohi. Rudra’s shadow will always find you.”
