Sumeet speaks with the goddess about her upcoming nuptial ceremonies with Raunak and hopes for a favorable outcome. Meanwhile, Shlok’s mother, Poonam, also seeks the goddess’ help in finding the perfect bride for her son. Poonam desires a girl who will always bring joy to Shlok’s life. As she watches Sumeet and Shlok happily share sweets with children, she believes her prayers have been answered. However, during their visit to the temple, Sumeet’s sandals get stolen. Poonam kindly offers her a new pair of sandals but Sumeet declines, stating that she can manage without them. Despite this, Poonam insists on providing her address for Sumeet to return them later.
Poonam gives her blessing for Sumeet to find happiness with the man she admires, unaware that Sumeet and Shlok are not in a romantic relationship. She plans on introducing Sumeet to everyone when she returns the sandals, hoping she will be a suitable match for Shlok. However, upon discovering her sandals have been stolen, Sumeet informs her caretaker who replaces them with a new pair of heels. Despite this, Sumeet decides to return the original sandals to Poonam’s home address. As she sits in the car, her maid accidentally tosses out the sandals, which unfortunately hit Poonam and lead her to believe that Sumeet is an ungrateful wealthy girl who threw them away.
At the Ahlawat Mansion, Poonam and Shlok’s family attend the haldi ceremony. Sumeet asks Poonam if she found her sandals. Raj yells at Poonam to pick up glass pieces in front of Sumeet’s legs. Masoom clarifies that Raj was talking to Sumeet’s caretaker, not his mother. To reveal the truth to Sumeet, Shlok invites Raunak’s ex-girlfriend to the ceremony. He asks her to wait outside until Sumeet arrives.
Sumeet’s original branded bag is noticed by Pankhuri, who complains of having a duplicate. Sarthak jokes with her, and Pankhuri admires Raj and wishes she had someone rich like him. Shlok tries to speak to Sumeet, but she is called for the haldi ceremony. The two sing for each other, and Dadi teases Raj to accompany Sumeet as dowry. Raj jokes that he will buy a villa next to Sumeet in London because he cannot live without her.
Pankhuri passes Sumeet a message written by Shlok on a plate. Before she can read the message, it is wiped away by water. Priya calls Shlok to ask how long she needs to wait. He asks Sumeet to come outside as it is very important. Sumeet meets Priya, who reveals she is Raunak’s ex-girlfriend. She explains that Raunak treats girls like toys. The fact that Sumeet finally knows the truth makes Shlok feel relieved.
Shlok gets shocked when Sumeet confronts him for lying and fooling her again. Sumeet slaps Shlok, and Poonam witnesses the incident.
