Megha Barsenge 20th November 2024 Written Update starts with Navjot instructing Mandeep to cheer up Megha and keep her company. Mandeep agrees and invites Megha to join the celebration. As she dances with Sikandar, Mandeep encourages Megha to dance too, but Megha declines.
Meanwhile, Surinder enjoys a lively card game session with the family. Riya is confident she’ll win, while Ranjeeta playfully warns Kripal against cheating. In the middle of this, Surinder receives a call from Dr. Khanna. Ranjeeta happily notes that it’s been a while since Surinder smiled like that.
Surinder steps away to take the call. The doctor informs him that surgery is necessary and will cost around 8–10 lakhs. Surinder anxiously asks about his survival chances, and the doctor replies it’s only about 20–25%. Surinder is deeply worried but chooses not to disclose the truth to his family, fearing they won’t be able to handle it.
Elsewhere, Megha notices missed calls from Dr. Awasthi and tries returning them. She then calls Surinder to check in. He pretends everything is fine, saying the doctor gave positive news and urges her to rest. Megha, sensing something is off, questions him about the reports. He reassures her with another lie. After the call, she feels dizzy.
She approaches Navjot and asks if the mystery woman was found. Navjot says no, but she instructed the guards to be alert, then excuses herself to sleep.
Later, Talwar leaves the party. Mandeep and Sikandar try to get Arjun to drink with them. Mandeep casually admits that she spiked Megha’s drink with a bit of wine. Arjun is surprised and says it’s wrong. Meanwhile, Megha—unknowingly intoxicated—joins the party and dances to Baawri.
Arjun, now slightly drunk as well, joins her on the dance floor. They share light moments and laughter. Arjun confesses how much he enjoys seeing her happy and tells her he likes her. Megha opens up, admitting she likes him too but is confused due to his lies. She says her heart was broken when he hid things from her. Arjun apologizes and calls her his heroine.
He expresses his love and compliments her beauty. He claims she loves him too but hasn’t realized it yet. He playfully asks if she would’ve fallen for him had they met before Manoj. Megha teases that he’s a rich spoilt brat and that she doesn’t trust rich boys. Arjun flirts and pulls her close as Tu Hai Toh plays in the background. Megha excuses herself to get some water. Arjun smiles and says, “She will take my life one day.”
Meanwhile, in another part of the house, Navjot furiously beats Talwar for some unknown betrayal. He begs for mercy, while Shagun notices that Talwar is missing. Megha heads to the kitchen and drinks water. Suddenly, she hears a commotion. Curious, she follows the noise and sees Navjot throwing Talwar out of the house. As she watches the scene unfold, Megha realizes she is the woman connected to the mystery she has been trying to solve.
