The Episode starts with Bhaven saying, “Maa, work is done; just wait.” Amba replies, “I’ll bury Pranali’s education in the fields,” and they smile as they go. Suman asks Isha if she has to go to cooking class. Isha says yes. She calls Chiku and asks where you are. He apologizes, “You will have to go alone today.” Isha says okay. Suman asks what plan I have. She lies to her and leaves.
Pranali asks Natasha if she is happy. She says she is pleased; I wish Bhaven had come. Natasha says Amrish agreed; everyone will come to support him. Amrish sees Dhawal. Dhawal thinks about how he agreed so soon. Dhawal thinks, Amrish, come and hug me once. Hetal says you may have never seen their smile before; they’re all happy. Thank you; I’ll take care of the medicines. Amrish smiles. Amba wonders if Pranali’s happiness is about to end.
Dhawal inspects the medications and observes that they are different, packed strangely, and have spelling errors. Natasha encourages him to remain optimistic, stating that Amrish is incapable of such actions. Dhawal agrees to speak with Amrish, but Natasha reassures him that Amrish values his reputation and would never stoop to unethical practices. She takes some medicine and declares she feels fine, dismissing any concerns. However, Dhawal interrupts her and expresses his belief that Amrish can commit such wrongdoings, which could ultimately harm Pranali’s career. Meanwhile, Suman notices Isha changing her clothes before taking an auto-rickshaw and decides to follow her. Coincidentally, news reporters arrive at the clinic as Dhawal calls for Pranali’s attention. They step outside and overhear the media, accusing Amrish of distributing counterfeit drugs in the clinic.
The group is shocked as Amrish defends himself, questioning how he can be blamed without evidence. Amba worries that this scheme may harm Amrish. A reporter accuses him of mishandling the media. Natasha intervenes, pleading for them to stop accusing Amrish. Dhawal smugly points out that his suspicions were correct all along – Amrish’s mindset will never change, and this was just a charade to deceive others. Pranali rushes to check the medicines, and Dhawal criticizes Amrish, claiming that he will never admit his mistakes and always hold back women’s progress. He concludes by shaming Amrish for his actions.
The reporter says Amrish will go to prison while Pranali’s license will be renewed. Natasha thinks, what nonsense. Pranali cries and says it’s all fake medicines. Hetal consoles her. If this is 1 % true, then Amrish will go home, and everyone will go with me. Amba thinks my plan failed. She worries and goes aside to do sit-ups. Pranali prays for him.
Hetal nods as Natasha asks if the medicines are fake. Pranali says the men of this house will never change; it’s all fake, and my career will end. Pranali asks Amrish why he did this with me. Natasha thinks I had eaten this medicine so that I might have some reaction. She calms her down. Pranali’s license could be revoked if we don’t hide these medicines.
The drug and food check officers arrive. They get inside and check the medicine boxes. Pranali recalls dumping the medicines. The officer says, “We didn’t get much; you gave us the wrong news.” They leave. Amrish thanks the family for saving him. He leaves. Natasha sees Amrish.
