Kartik suggests to Shiv that they should have their dolls wed. Shiv excitedly invites all their friends and adds Nandu to the guest list. Nandu happily accepts the invitation and promises to prepare his attire for the event.
Dharam is dressed in a suit when Manorama compliments his appearance. However, she also advises him to concentrate on winning over Koyal instead of wasting money. She suggests that if Koyal is not attending college, he should visit her at home. Though Dharam is nervous, she urges him to pretend to love her without developing real feelings. He agrees and departs. Meanwhile, Shiv extends an invitation to Dadi for their dolls’ wedding and extends the same offer to Koyal, who politely declines due to prior engagements.
Koyal steps out of her house and receives flowers from the guard. Initially, she scolds him, but he clarifies that they are not from him. Just then, Dharam arrives and reveals that they are from him. Koyal’s face lights up at the sight of him in a suit. She attempts to scold him again, commenting on how giving flowers is cliché and encouraging him to do something more unique. Eventually, she drives away.
Shiv extends an invitation to Mandira for the wedding, to which she responds with a concern about the financial arrangements. Shiv reveals that they currently lack the necessary funds. Sensing their predicament, Mandira offers them financial support but requests that they earn it by answering some questions. She then asks why Shakti kissed Shiv, who clarifies that it was the other way around. Keertan interjects, expressing his annoyance with Shiv’s behaviour. Mandira reiterates that she cannot offer them money until they answer her questions and suggests that Shiv consult his grandmother for help. Nodding in agreement, Shiv takes his leave as Mandira comments on Dadi’s responsibility to cover up for her actions towards her.
Dadi weeps for Shiv, praising him as the top neurosurgeon despite his current mental instability. As Shiv arrives and requests money, he twirls around and accidentally knocks down a photo of Dada. Dadi attempts to intervene, but Shiv ignores her and continues dancing, prompting her to slap him before he can step on the image of Dada. Shakti appears, taken aback by the situation, as Dadi informs him that Shiv has indeed trampled on Dada’s picture.
Shiv tearfully admits his mistake but questions why he was struck. Despite Shakti’s attempts to soothe him, he continues to ask why she is involved when he is not acquainted with her. Dadi shuts the door as Mandira, standing just outside, exclaims that this must have been the hidden truth all along. Shiv remains unaware of Shakti’s identity, prompting Mandira to declare that she can kick her out of the house.
Dharam returns home disappointedly and informs Manorama that his attempt at wooing her with flowers was unsuccessful. He laments, “I can’t win her over.” Manorama responds that he cannot give up so quickly, and Dharam agrees, acknowledging that she is a highly sought-after woman. With determination, Manorama suggests brainstorming for a better plan to impress her and recommends visiting her at college.
Mandira confides in Keertan and Padma that Shiv has no recollection of Shakti and is unaware that she is married to him. However, according to the law, they are still legally married. Due to his mental instability, Shiv cannot remember Shakti and may react unpredictably if confronted with her. Mandira suggests instilling fear in Shiv by portraying Shakti as a threat to his well-being to prevent any potential attacks. Keertan raises concerns about implementing this plan, but Mandira assures them that she will take care of making Shiv afraid of Shakti. Meanwhile, Rimjhim eavesdrops on their conversation, and Mandira instructs Keertan to stop her from revealing their scheme to Shakti at all costs.
Rimjhim was on her way to Shakti when Keertan intercepted her, questioning her destination. She replied that she was heading to the kitchen. He reminded her to prioritize him and pulled her in, expressing his desire for their love story to remain private. Taking action, he carried her to their bedroom and locked the door before gently placing her on the bed. Rimjhim felt uneasy, but Keertan insisted that she focus solely on him. As he lovingly stroked her face, he turned off the lights.
Koyal arrives at her house and is surprised to see Dharam dancing around. She questions his behaviour, and he responds that he is her fan. However, Koyal does not appreciate it and threatens to call the police for harassment. Dharam quickly clarifies that he was only trying to win her over. As Koyal attempts to leave, a group of men suddenly appear and abduct her, leaving Dharam in shock.
Kartik is prepared for school, but Shiv tries to convince him to stay. Despite Shiv’s plea, Kartik insists on attending school, where he has an important test. Shakti agrees to help him with revision, and the two leave together. Meanwhile, Mandira notices Shiv alone and offers to play with him. He takes this opportunity since Kartik is no longer able to join them. Mandira then suggests that Shiv also attend school to become a doctor like his friend. Realizing he lacks the necessary materials, Shiv explains his predicament to Mandira, who quickly provides him with a bag.
As Kartik sets off for school, Mandira surprises everyone by bringing a dressed-up Shiv. The sight shocks Shakti and Kartik. Explaining the situation, Mandira assures them that Shiv is ready for his first school day. Excitedly, Shiv chimes in and suggests they all go together to have fun.
Mandira voices her concerns to Shakti, expressing worries about Shiv’s safety outside of the house. The children may not react positively to an adult man in their school and could potentially taunt him, causing Shiv to lose control and potentially harm another child.
