As Shiv puts the phone on speaker, Shakti asks what happened. Manorama says things aren’t going well. Chacha left the house and hasn’t returned. He was stressed. Shakti says he will return. Shakti asks why are you so worried about him? Manorama says he is not answering the phone, so I’m concerned. Manorama explains the loan and how some goons threaten Chacha to them.

Shiv calls Shakti, so she leaves the room before seeing who is lying on the bed. Shiv asks Shakti why she’s upset. Shakti says she felt bad seeing that patient in the room as if he were a close family member. Shiv says it happens. I used to be scared of the dead bodies, but Dada told me not to get attached to the patients since he needed to treat them. Shiv says you are right. Manorama calls Shiv and says Shakti isn’t picking up the phone. I want to speak to you both.

Keertan approaches the nurse and asks if Shakti has asked him any questions. The nurse claims she asked me many questions but departed after Shiv called. He shows him the document on which he obtained Shiv’s signature for the procedure. Shiv didn’t read it before signing it. Then, Keertan says, let’s begin the procedure. Keertan contacts the other nurses and instructs them to start the procedure, blaming Shiv if something goes wrong. Keertan and the doctors prepare for the procedure.

Shakti expresses regret to Manorama for not informing them sooner, citing her concern for Chacha. Shiv reassures her that they will locate him. After ending the call, Shiv inquires about Shakti’s phone, which she realizes she left in the morgue. However, Shiv clarifies that the morgue is located in the basement and suggests searching for her phone. Shakti explains that a nurse had told her it was a morgue with a dead body, but Shiv clarifies that it is an old operating theatre and not an actual morgue. They decide to search for her phone so they can reach Chacha.

He hasn’t seen Chacha’s face yet. Keertan tries to inject him, but Chacha gets up and shouts to stay away. Keertan is shocked to see him. Shakti and Shiv are searching for Chacha. Shakti tells Shiv that she heard his voice nearby.

Chacha starts beating up the nurses who lured him there. He is shocked to see Keertan and asks you; You are so shameless; how dare you hit my daughter? Shakti is looking around for Chacha. When Keertan hears Chacha’s words, he beats him up and tries to get out, but Keertan holds him back.

Manorama prays for Chacha’s safety and says she will stand on one foot until he returns safely. Dharam comes there and is shocked to see her standing on one foot. Keertan and others grab Chacha, and an injection is given to him so that he faints. Shakti tells Shiv that she heard Chacha in the hospital and is sure something is wrong.

Keertan insists to his other doctors that the surgery must be performed at all costs. As he prepares to make an incision on his stomach, Shakti interrupts by knocking on the door and requesting to enter. The nurse explained that the operation was currently in progress. Shiv questions why they are using this room for surgeries, to which the nurse responds that it was a last-minute emergency. Shiv then requests to use Shakti’s phone, which the nurse returns without hesitation. He suggests calling Chacha, but Shakti intervenes and prevents the nurse from closing the door.

The receptionist is answering Keertan’s call and says that other doctors on our side aren’t picking up my phone. Mandira asks about Shiv. The receptionist tells her Keertan wasn’t seen in the hospital. The receptionist checks his schedule and says he will have his first operation today.

The nurse says that Shakti cannot enter the OT. Shiv tells Shakti not to go in. Shakti says she feels Chacha around, so she wants to check inside. Keertan gets worried when he hears that.
