Raghunath blames Shiv for Bhagwati’s heart attack. Shakti warns Raghunath to stop it. She says Bhagwati might be thinking about Shiv all the time, but it is also vice versa. She says Shiv also thinks about Bhagwati all the time. As Shiv might be blaming himself, Shakti asks Raghunath not to blame him.
It is Rimjim’s turn to call Keertan. Keertan attends the call and lashes out at Rimjim, saying that if he does not attend, that means that he does not want to talk to her. Putting her phone on speaker, Rimjim talks with Keertan privately. Seeing this, Rimjim talks to Keertan over the phone in front of her family. Manorama stops Rimjim, saying she wants to know how Keertan talks to her and see if he loves her.
He apologizes to Rimjim for lashing out and says he doesn’t know what he is doing because he is worried about Bhagwati. Keertan pleads with Rimjim not to be angry with him and says he can’t stand it. Rimjim agrees. Keertan says goodbye to Rimjim and cuts the call. It is shown that Keertan talks sweetly with Rimjim under Mandira’s instructions. Mandira asks Keertan to behave like this until the wedding; otherwise, he might go to jail. Keertan agrees.
Seeing Keertan speak sweetly to Rimjim under someone else’s instructions, Manorama suspects his behavior. The doctor comes out and tells them not to worry about Bhagwati. Afterwards, Shiv drinks water with Shakti. Shiv recalls that Shakti broke her promise to him, which he believes is the reason for Bhagwati’s condition. Shiv asks Shakti why she broke her promise and presses her for an answer. Shakti says that she had no choice but to do so. Shakti sees Mandira and stops talking. Shiv finds out that Bhagwati has regained consciousness and leaves.
If Shakti does not marry Shiv, Rimjim will commit suicide. Mandira asks Shakti to remember Rimjim before speaking anything. Bhagwati talks to Shiv and asks him to marry Shakti, saying it is her final wish. Bhagwati convinces Shiv, and he agrees to marry Shakti. Shiv later leaves.
She tells Shiv he might have to agree to this marriage, but she is not bad. Shiv responds that she is not bad, but he is—Shiv comments on Shakti and leaves.
