The episode begins with Payal waiting for the milkman to pick up a fallen note. As he bends down to retrieve it, she seizes the opportunity to add poisonous tablets to the milk and smirks. Meanwhile, Krish lovingly gives the milk to Bindiya, who drinks it but soon begins to feel dizzy and starts coughing. Alarmed, Krish calls everyone and insists on taking her to a doctor. Indu, Amma, and Sakshi arrive, urging him not to panic. Amma explains that Bindiya will experience pain for the next three months. Krish, feeling helpless, wishes he could take away her suffering. Amma advises him to shower her with love to ease her pain. Determined, Krish decides to buy books on pregnancy and parenting. Indu praises Swara’s luck, as Krish is buying a book for the first time.

Later, Krish checks on Bindiya, assuming she is asleep, but is shocked to find her unconscious. Panicking, he calls for the driver and rushes her to the hospital.
