The lawyer tells Krishna that such witnesses are optional and valuable in court. The lady constable asked Krishna why he had not told them about the significant incident when you called us yesterday and said something was wrong. He says you wanted to marry Payal, so you accuse Bindiya of this heinous crime. Pandit ji says he cannot solemnize the marriage without a mahurat; it is also illegal, and he leaves.
Bindiya begs Krishna to acknowledge her as his suhaagan. However, Krishna staunchly refuses to do so. The master ji questions how to deny her, considering they have already performed her kanyadaan. Kaka points out that their marriage was carried out through traditional ceremonies. The sarpanch reminds them that the entire village witnessed Bindiya’s wedding to Krishna. Kaka adds that they all can attest to their marriage. The inspector turns to Baldev for a statement and calmly states that he never agreed to this union taking place in the first place.
When Papa does not want this marriage to happen, Nidhi says why should I get involved? She says that she is attending the wedding as it is happening. Sakshi and Vikram also go to Baldev and Bindiya’s side. Indu shouts that she cannot bear it anymore and leaves. Bindiya says divorce will happen and it will make me closer to him, and says I will be able to do it with my friend with me. Baldev says your friend is with you, so the flashback ends.
Bindiya hands the pen to Krish, requesting his signature. He signs with a joyful expression. Payal also grins, but her face quickly turns concerned when she notices Bindiya’s smile. She wonders about Bindiya’s intentions and urges Krish to halt, but he has already signed. After reading the documents, she questions Krish about his signature. Payal notices that it states his desire for a divorce, yet Bindiya does not want one. Taking the papers from Bindiya’s possession, she gives them to the lawyer and declares that she does not want a divorce. She emphasizes her desire to fulfill all of Krish’s wishes.
She walks toward him, and he moves back. Krishna tells Bindiya he will throw her out of the house very soon. Bindiya promises to clean the dirt from her eyes and says she will keep her promise. As the marriage has ended and the divorce papers have been signed, Krishna asks the Inspector to ask her to leave. The picture is still there, Bindiya says, husband ji. Krish says he’ll see your film and face in court. Magistrate arrives and says she has arrived.
The inspector says Magistrate Sahiba, you have come. She asks Krishna and Bindiya Shukla if they are married, but how can he get remarried?
