Suhaagan 18th July 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Manju blaming Swara for deliberately making Vedant drink the poisoned juice. She insists that the glass surely contained poison. Baldev immediately defends Swara, saying his daughter is innocent. The inspector arrives and explains that they received a complaint. Rudra urges the inspector to ignore Manju’s claims, but despite his request, the lady constables arrest Swara.

Swara desperately tries to communicate her innocence but looks around for Dhwani. Hiding nearby, Dhwani smirks, deciding not to act as her interpreter and thinking Swara deserves to go to jail. Shlok watches helplessly as Swara is handcuffed and begs the police to release her. Swara signals to Shlok, telling him to focus on taking Vedant to the hospital first and worry about her later. Shlok conveys Swara’s message to everyone. Koel then steps in, dramatically asking people to move aside and instructing that Vedant be rushed to the hospital. Swara is taken away to the police station, while Prabha silently vows to uncover the truth.

Meanwhile, Dhwani warns Koel that the poisoned glass could expose them. Koel quickly acts, sending the guests away and instructing Vrinda to take Naina to her room. She then throws the poisoned glass into the havan fire, destroying the evidence, and tells Dhwani that Swara’s fingerprints were on it anyway. When Dhwani fears Vedant might recover and free Swara, Koel assures her that Vedant will never forgive his “murderer” and promises to get Vedant married to her instead. Unknown to them, Dadi overhears their sinister plan.

At the hospital, Koel pretends to be worried about Vedant. Abhi asks her to control herself, while Rudra listens as she claims she was handling Naina, who was crying. The doctor arrives and announces that Vedant is out of danger and can be discharged the next day. He tells the family to thank the person who gave Vedant first aid.

At the police station, Baldev, Shlok, and Pankaj arrive to secure Swara’s bail. Swara immediately asks Shlok about Vedant’s condition, and he reassures her that Vedant will be fine. However, the inspector refuses to release her until the victim himself gives a statement.

Back at the hospital, Prabha sneaks in to speak to Vedant. She informs him that the girl who saved his life has been arrested for attempt to murder. Before Vedant can respond, Rudra and others enter, and Prabha hides. Vedant anxiously asks about Swara. Rudra lies that she is fine, but Manju interferes and proudly admits that she had Swara arrested. Shocked, Vedant reprimands her, saying she got the very girl who saved him thrown into jail. Rudra tries to calm him by saying they will free her in a day or two, but Vedant refuses, saying he cannot allow Swara to suffer even for a minute.

Despite Koel urging him to rest, Vedant insists he must act. He arrives at the police station, where Baldev expresses relief at seeing him. Vedant declares that he has come to free Swara and tells the inspector she did nothing wrong. On his word, the inspector orders Swara’s release. The constable brings Swara out, and she runs straight into Vedant’s arms, hugging him tightly.

Overcome with determination, Vedant asks Rudra to call Pandit ji immediately, declaring that he will marry Swara that very day. Shlok reminds him of his health, but Vedant assures everyone that he is fine. Koel protests, but Rudra supports Vedant’s decision, saying the marriage will happen if Vedant wills it. Dhwani fumes, thinking she cannot lose after being so close to victory. Swara, however, beams with happiness as she looks at Vedant.
