Angad warns Seerat and Dr D’Souza, reminding them of his Sikh beliefs. He firmly states that if anyone dares to touch his hair, they will face serious consequences. Unfortunately, during the chaos, Seerat slips and injures herself on a nearby table. Sahiba remembers being the one who caused her fall. With determination, Seerat requests for Dr D’Souza to proceed with the surgery, but she suddenly collapses. At that moment, Dr D’Souza prepares to inject Angad when Sahiba intervenes by throwing an object and grabbing the injection herself. She then administers it to Dr D’Souza instead. After freeing both Angad and herself, Sahiba swiftly pushes him out of the room in a wheelchair. As Seerat regains consciousness and tries to retaliate, Sahiba skillfully stops her by making an OT table towards her and pinning her down against the wall. Finally, as Seerat vows revenge on Sahiba, she successfully takes Angad out of harm’s way by pulling his wheelchair out of the house.
Angad and Sahiba jump into a truck, and she settles into the driver’s seat. He assists her in driving as they flee from Seerat’s attack. Despite Seerat shooting at them, they manage to escape, but soon the truck collides with a tree. Sahiba attempts to restart the car while Seerat pulls Angad out. In desperation, Sahiba begs for Angad’s safety while Seerat aims her gun at him. Suddenly, a car crashes into Seerat, knocking her down onto the road. Manveer, Gurleen, and Jasleen exit the car and join Angad and Sahiba. Manveer is overwhelmed with emotion upon seeing Angad’s wounded state. Together, all four women stand in front of Seerat.
After Inder and the other Brars arrive, Angad informs them that Seerat’s behavior has become unpredictable and she may require intervention from the police. When the police arrive, they attempt to apprehend Seerat. However, she resists by pushing away a constable and grabbing a gun before shooting Sahiba. In an attempt to flee in a police jeep, Seerat is met with gunfire from the inspector, causing the jeep to lose control and explode. The inspector remarks that this is an example of karma in action. Both Sahiba and Angad are promptly taken to the hospital for treatment. Inder acknowledges that Sahiba’s selfless actions saved Angad’s life, as Seerat had intended to harm him as well. After examining Sahiba’s reports, the doctor advises that further tests are necessary. Just then, a nurse interrupts with news of an emergency and takes Sahiba away.
In a dream, a boy runs to Sahiba, asking where her father is. She wakes up and calls Angad. The doctor tells her Angad is fine after surgery. She tries to rush out. She is said to relax because she is pregnant. After a pregnancy test, the doctor says she should relax. Sahiba rushes out, searching for him, and reaches the ICU. The family asks if she is okay, and she wants to see him.
According to Garry, Angad has recently undergone surgery and is now in the ICU. Upon seeing him, Sahiba becomes emotional and reaches out to him. Angad then opens his eyes and asks if she is doing well. She assures him she is, and he takes this opportunity to express something he has held back. He explains that whenever they were apart, he felt a sense of emptiness. He cannot keep it to himself any longer and must confess his love for her. He declares, “Sahiba, I love you more than anything. You are my reason for living, and I will continue loving you until my last breath.” Overwhelmed with emotion, Sahiba kisses his hands.
