Angad tells Inder that he can only speak as himself to her, he was a failure in her eyes and after failing to protect his daughter, he is a failure as well. On her lap, he breaks down and asks if Simran would get better soon. Sahiba watches the movie with Angad and asks Angad why things have to get worse before two people can reconcile.
A doctor calls the Brar family to her cabin and informs them that Inder cannot donate his liver to Simran due to alcoholism, Gurleeen and Jaspal’s blood groups do not match, and only is a match but cannot donate due to her anemia. Sahiba insists. Angad says she cannot be a donor because of her medical condition. He asks the doctor to put Simran’s name on a donor list. Inder is concerned about finding a liver donor and asks what can be done now.
When Veer and Keerat visit Simran, they inform Angad and Sahiba that the blood sample has been sent for testing and that they are ready to donate liver. Keerat breaks down recalling her first meeting with Simran. Veer comforts her. Doctor calls back Brars and tells them a patient named Samar got a cadaver donor and will undergo surgery today. She says Sameer has been waiting for a donor for two years.
Doctor says Simran’s condition is very critical and every passing day is crucial for her, so they can also wait for a little more time. Sahiba wonders if they can convince Sameer to postpone his surgery until a new donor is found, so Simran can receive a transplant. Usually people don’t agree when it comes to themselves and their family members, but they can do their best.
Angad and Sahiba make a visit to Sameer, where his wife recognizes them as the owners of Brar Jewelers. They ask if they could delay Sameer’s surgery for a short while and instead, have Simran undergo her urgent procedure today since her condition is dire and time is running out. After persistent persuasion, the couple finally agrees to the request. Upon their return to inform the family, they joyfully share that Sameer and his wife have granted their wish to postpone his operation for a few days, allowing Simran’s surgery to take place first. However, upon checking with the nurse later on, they are informed that the couple has had a change of heart and no longer wishes to wait for the surgery.
Sahiba and Angad arrive at Sameer’s wife and inquire about their change of heart. She explains that they initially agreed out of kindness, but Manveer attempted to bribe them, causing them to retract their offer. At that moment, the doctor enters and accuses them of dishonoring organ donation laws. However, he acknowledges their concern for their loved one and is willing to overlook their actions. Despite their pleas, he remains resolute in his decision to hold Manveer accountable for her illegal behavior. He instructs them to depart from his presence.
