Sahiba tells Angad that Manveer’s every decision has proved wrong while driving back to the hospital. Sahiba says Manveer’s intention was right though. Informed of the fact that her blood group matches organ donation, Sahiba recalls the doctor telling her she cannot donate organs because she is anemic. Angad calls his assistant Pam and asks her to inform all the staff to reach City Hospital for the liver donation test.

The doctor informs that Simran’s condition is critical and she requires a liver transplant within 2 hours to survive. Upon hearing this, Inder contacts Sahiba, who rushes back to the hospital with Angad. Despite being stopped by a nurse, Sahiba insists on entering the ICU room when she hears Simran calling out to her. The nurse claims it is impossible as Simran is in a coma, but Sahiba continues to hear her pleading for the promised organ donation. Determined, she enters the operating room and announces her decision to donate her own organ.

Brars is informed that Simran has a donor and is undergoing surgery. Angad asks who is the donor and the doctor says his wife Sahiba. After the doctor’s warning, Angad and his family rush to Sahiba and encourage her not to make hasty decisions. Even though she knows she’s anemic and risks losing more blood during surgery, Sahiba has no other choice but to save Simran’s life.

Angad asks Inder why he is risking Sahiba’s wife to save his daughter. Keerat asks her to wait until her and Veer’s test reports come in. Jaspal warns her not to risk her life. Keerat informs Sahiba that her parents are coming to speak to her and Sahiba says it’s too late. Inder says Sahiba is also his daughter and he is in a dilemma.

A romantic song plays in the background as Anagad tries to convince Sahiba to donate her organ and save Simran, but she is adamant. Sahiba is taken to an OT by a nurse. Inder falls on his feet and says that after her efforts to save his daughter’s life, she has stood too high in his eyes. Sahiba walks toward the OT.

Sahiba is in a coma, and it is unclear whether she will regain consciousness. Angad pleads with Sahiba to get up, so he can propose to her on a date. Angad’s tears fall on Sahiba’s forehead. As soon as Sahiba opens her eyes, she stops breathing.
