Sahiba’s surgery begins. The doctor informs her that she will receive anaesthesia to induce sleep. Brars wait outside the operating room. Seerat reassures Angad that Simran will be fine after her liver transplant. Angad says he worried for Simran and Sahiba. Sahiba told him they would pray for Simran while she was being operated. He heads towards the gurudwara.
Since Sahiba’s surgery has already begun, the nurse informs the doctor to begin Simran’s surgery. Santosh and Ajith walk into the hospital and ask Angad where Sahiba is as Keerath informs them that Sahiba is going through a dangerous surgery. Angad replies yes. Both walk in, calling Sahiba and questioning Angad as to why he would let Sahiba risk her life by donating her organ to Simran who is an orphan.
According to Inder, Simran isn’t an orphan, she’s his daughter. Santosh says he’s ruthless to sacrifice Sahiba’s life in order to save her. Inder says they tried their best to stop Sahiba, but they know he can go to any length when it comes to their dear ones. Santosh says they will stop the surgery immediately. Brars argue that it’s too late since the surgery has already begun.
Santosh asks Angad again how he could risk his wife’s life. Seerat advises her not to blame Angad for Sahiba’s adamantness and claims Angad is not responsible if something happens to Sahiba. Ajith warns her to stop talking about Sahiba because nothing will happen. As Sahiba continues to worry about him, Angad calls the nurse and asks her to attend to him. After walking away, Seerat tries to follow him. Keerath stops her and says their mother needs them.
When the inspector calls Angad, he finds out that his mother Manveer assisted the kidnappers in kidnapping Simran. The kidnappers should be punished, Angad says. The inspector says he must complete the formalities. Manveer informs Hansraj that Angad has learned about her involvement in Simran’s kidnapping. Angad is in a medical emergency and will call him later.
Having informed Jasleen of Sahiba’s decision, Gurleen calls her. He taunts her that she may not want to go to the hospital as she can’t see Inder crying for his illegitimate daughter. Jasleen leaves. Hansraj tells Manveer that she should also go to be in Angad’s good books because her condolences look like salt on the wounds. Jasleen leaves.
Jasleen reaches the hospital and taunts that Angad is missing instead of being here for Sahiba. No matter if Angad is there or not, Santosh says she will go pray for her daughter at the gurdwara. Ajith says she should pray for both children. Inder says he will pray for both children as well.
As they reach the gurudwara, Angad is already serving the devotees. Seerath claims that he did not inform them he was going to the gurudwara. Angad asks if they have come to pray for Simran and Sahiba as well. Sahiba’s condition deteriorates as a result of excessive bleeding.
