Sahiba is taken to the morgue on a stretcher by the wardboys. Angad pleads to Sahiba to wake up soon otherwise they will never meet again. Police grip him. He frees himself and runs to Sahiba. As he lifts her, he pushes the police and wardboys away and falls down. He asks her if she is okay, if she is hurt. He pushes the police away as they try to pull him out again.
Sahiba Rusgaiya Rusgaiya.. song plays in the background. Angad’s tears fall on Sahiba. Sahiba holds Angad’s hand. Sahiba breathes again. Everyone is shocked to see that. Doctor says she has heard of miracles but has not seen them before. The nurse is ordered to shift Sahiba to the intensive care unit.
Angad happily hugs Japjyoth and says Sahiba is alive. Sahiba opens her eyes and calls Angad. Japjyoth tells Seerat that God had done a miracle and Angad’s belief was right. Veer says God does not wish to separate two true lovers. Seerat wonders whether Angad’s love really brought back Sahiba from death. Santosh says Angad was right that Sahiba could not be affected.
The doctor asks everyone to go outside so she can check Sahiba. Sahiba holds Angad’s hand. He walks out. Inder tells Ajith that Sahiba is alive. Santosh apologizes to Angad for misbehaving with her.
Sahiba explains that she heard from the doctor that she is not dead. Angad says he believed her promise to return safe. He says he wants to fight with her, smile with her, and spend the rest of his life with her. He continues to express his love for her.
Seerat looks jealous as Brar decorates Brar mansion for Sahiba’s welcome after 15 days. Jasleen says they are acting as if she were a queen. Japjyoth says she is ruling their hearts like a queen, and that she deserves a grand welcome. Hansraj taunts Seerat that one shall have a fate like Sahiba’s. Japjyoth scolds him. When Angad reaches home, he opens the door for Sahiba, and even picks up Sahiba’s fallen earpiece.
She has been advised to take care of herself, but she won’t, so he is taking care of her. Japjyoth says it’s good she came, she needs her help welcoming Sahiba. Manveer says there are many others to help. As Sahiba is returning home with a second life, Japjyoth says she shouldn’t hold grudges at this point.
