In his words, Anagad told Manveer that nothing had happened to him; he wanted to spend some time alone, so he came here. Manveer asks why she went to meet Sahiba who did so wrong to him. He says he can’t change what happened, but can keep himself busy. He doesn’t want to answer family’s questions, so it’s best she leaves him here.
His mistake, he says, was going there for the wrong reasons. He asks Pam for the jewelry designs and scolds her for showing such poor designs, asking her to contact the designer and ask him to make designs of Brar jewelry’s standards. Manveer tries to speak. It doesn’t matter if she requests him repeatedly, Angad will come home whenever he wants.
He says he doesn’t want to stay in a house if Sahiba isn’t staying there, by the way, if Sahiba’s lover sent her those flowers. Angad says he does not know who sent those flowers, but knows Sahiba has nothing to do with it. Manveer asks if he trusts her so much. Then Angad asks her not to bother him about what he says, so that he can be alone.
At Sahiba’s college, teacher gathers students and informs them that four students’ paintings will be submitted for exhibition with renowned paintings and unveils selected artworks. As Sahiba is lost in thought, Rumi stares at her. Riddhi is delighted that her painting has been selected, but the teacher selects Sahiba’s painting without her signature on it. Sahiba is lost in thought and doesn’t reply.
In seeing Angad in such a condition, Manveer curses Sahiba and feels helpless. Angad will be staying at the office for a few days, so Seerat asks Pam to take care of his food, send Angad’s necessary supplies via driver, and notify her if Angad contacts Sahiba or if Sahiba contacts Angad. Sahiba is Angad’s wife, so why these restrictions? Manveer says it is for Angad’s goodness and asks her to follow along.
He says he will reject the painting if the painter does not come forward. Rumi informs Sahiba that it is her painting. Sahiba accepts it and apologizes to the teacher for not signing it. Teacher congratulates Sahi on getting selected, followed by others. Riddhi is jealous.
In her last years of college, Sahiba’s friends tell her to thank a boy who alerted them to her and got her selected. Sahiba notices Rumi and thanks him. He talks to her nervously. She asks how he knew it was her painting. She says she saw everyone looking around only her standing silently, so he realized it was her painting. Sahiba says she has seen him before. He says he must have passed in front of her.
He says he got her name from a classmate. Sahiba says he doesn’t seem to be in her class, which course he’s in. He says he just joined a photography course, his name is Karthik, and she can call him Rumi. Just because she told him he got philosophical, he changed his name to Rumi. Rumi is the nickname his mother uses.
When the teacher walked to Sahiba, she congratulated her, asked her to keep smiling and forget about her troubles. Next, Riddhi humiliated Sahiba by telling her she was chosen out of pity because the teacher learned she was being kicked out of Brar mansion. She was warned not to cross her limits, and the teacher tongue lashed her for her shamelessness.
Rumi yells at Rumi for taking her photo without her consent. Teacher selects him. Riddhi yells at Rumi for taking her photo without her permission.
Rumi says she should thank him instead and deletes the photo, murmuring she’s troubling Sahiba a lot. Pam arranges a photography session with models to showcase Brar jewelry designs. Angad rejects designs. Veer claims he himself selected them and now rejects them. As a model, Seerat approaches Angad.
