The Episode begins with Akshara arriving to see Abhir, followed by Abhinav who reassures her that everything will be alright. However, Akshara scolds him for not taking better care of Abhir and holds him responsible for his current condition. Anand interrupts to announce that they have received concerning reports and must operate immediately within the next three hours in order to save Abhir’s life. This news shocks everyone, and both Akshara and Abhinav break down in tears. Anand adds that the surgery was originally scheduled for next week, but they can’t afford to wait any longer. Therefore, they must proceed with the operation as soon as possible.
According to him, the situation is critical and our focus should be on Abhir. However, Akshara disagrees, stating that he is not prepared. Aarohi remains hopeful and reassures everyone that nothing will harm Abhir. Kairav’s frustration leads him to scold Manjiri. Aarohi expresses her concern while he blames her for causing this worry by questioning Akshara and Abhinav’s parenting. He accuses her of being responsible for putting Abhir’s life in danger due to her actions. Manish intervenes and stops Kairav from saying anything further. Kairav reminds everyone of the previous incident where a similar argument took place over Abhinav’s financial status, suggesting that wealth does not guarantee good parenting.
