The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 29th July 2024 Written Episode starts with Dadi acknowledging that Abhira made the right decision. However, Sanjay warns her that Rohit is about to transfer his house and business to Armaan, leaving the rightful heir empty-handed. Meanwhile, Rohit, in a fit of anger, pushes Armaan, shocking everyone. Abhira immediately rushes to Armaan’s side, asking if he is okay.
She then stops the Desi Boys team, calling them out for their actions, and demands they apologize to Aryan. They oblige and leave, while Manisha expresses gratitude toward Abhira, acknowledging that she has made life easier for many. The entire family cheers for Abhira as she shares a warm moment with Armaan.
As they return home, Krish excitedly shares the news that they won the Kabaddi match, thanks to Abhira. Everyone applauds, and Dadi asks Ruhi to apply medicine to Rohit’s wounds. However, Ruhi, lost in thoughts of Armaan, absentmindedly places a bandaid on Rohit’s shirt instead. This enrages Rohit, who furiously throws the box, accusing Ruhi of pretending while secretly loving Armaan.
Abhira steps in to defend Armaan, but Rohit, hurt and furious, declares that he wants nothing to do with his brother or wife. His anger causes a rift in the family, leaving Dadi and others deeply worried. Meanwhile, Madhav consoles Rohit, advising him that everyone stumbles in life, but balance is key. However, Rohit is unable to shake off his pain, feeling betrayed by Armaan’s happiness with Abhira.
At the Goenka house, Manish shares his concerns with Swarna, believing Ruhi should not stay in that house as she still harbors feelings for Armaan. While Surekha agrees, Swarna believes Ruhi must stay and face reality to overcome her emotions.
Later, Armaan tends to Abhira’s wounds, opening up about a past incident. He reveals that the night before her proposal, he had visited Manish’s house when Ruhi had a panic attack, requiring immediate therapy. Despite comforting her, he made it clear that he only loves Abhira and views Ruhi as just a client. However, Abhira remains unsettled by the ongoing confusion, especially since both Ruhi and Dadi insist that Ruhi returned for humanitarian reasons.
Meanwhile, Ruhi is battling her inner turmoil. She tries convincing herself to move on but is constantly drawn back to Armaan. Her inner self urges her to reclaim him since he and Abhira are not yet married. In a fit of frustration, Ruhi smashes a mirror.
Abhira later confronts Ruhi with a childhood video of Armaan and Rohit, reminding her that she hasn’t truly moved on. Ruhi is left stunned as Armaan had already confided in Abhira about her lingering emotions.
