When Maaya imagines Anuj and Anupama romancing, she shouts to stop them. Shahs fume seeing Maaya’s drama at Anupama’s coronation event. Leela accuses Anupama of letting such selfish people into her home. Paakhi says anyone she shelters ends up being a traitor. Toshu wonders why Anupama gets only ungrateful people at her home.
Dimpy and Paakhi both argue with Leela, accusing her of not understanding the struggles of mental illness. However, their stance is contradicted by Dimpy’s support for Maaya, whom she believes to be shameless rather than mentally ill. The heated discussion eventually escalates to involve Kinjal and Samar as well. Despite Leela’s attempts to diffuse the situation, Anuj realizes he should have never involved himself and decides it would be best to send Maaya to a mental asylum. Meanwhile, Maaya continues to fantasize about Anuj and Anupama’s relationship. Leela reminds everyone that she had warned them about Dimpy’s unsuitability for their household, but her advice went unheeded. Exasperated by the chaos, Leela asks Dimpy and Samar to leave her house immediately. In response, Dimpy accuses Leela of being the source of all the chaos in the house before being urged once again to leave.
As Kanta discusses Maaya’s shameless act during the event, she blames Anuj for supporting her. Anupama says she doesn’t want to discuss it because she has a lot of work to finish in 6 days. Kanta asks why she is going to Shah instead of letting Leela deal with her family issues. Anupama says she owns her son and daughter in law. Kanta says Anupama is simple, but her ex-MIL and new daughter in law are very evil, so she shouldn’t be pressured by them.
“Anupama declines the offer and requests Kanta to make some sweets. In response, Kanta promises to whip up her beloved halwa. Anupama silently ponders what will unfold. Leela continues to reprimand Dimpy and Samar for creating chaos in her home. Dimpy retaliates, accusing Leela of being a bully who torments everyone. She declares that she will not put up with Leela’s antics and will stand up for herself. The tension between the two escalates as Dimpy snaps her fingers in defiance. Onlookers gather, amused by the ongoing spectacle which seems to occur regularly when a new daughter-in-law enters the household. This time, Leela has met her match.”
Vanraj becomes furious and warns Dimpy that no one should dare to disrespect his mother. He criticizes Samar for merely standing by and supporting his wife like a loyal pet, and demands that he leave the house with his wife. Despite Dimpy’s insistence that they will not leave, Leela decides to go since everyone blames her for their problems. Toshu, Kinjal, and Paakhi plead with her not to leave and try to calm her down. However, Leela gives them a warning that she will leave no matter what and storms out of the house. The neighbors discuss how the Shah family has forced Leela out of the house. Meanwhile, Maaya continues to fantasize about Anuj and Anupama’s love story. Anuj declares that soon he will also move to the USA with Anupama, where they can live happily together. Maaya interrupts their moment and expresses her fears of losing Anuj’s love if they move away. In response, Anupama suggests sending Maaya to a mental asylum so that Little Anu can forget about her, and they can all live happily ever after. Maaya is reminded of Anuj’s anger towards her and fears losing his love forever.
When Anupama reaches Shah house, she sees Leela sitting on a bench in the park. Her children are right that she creates problems in their lives, which is why she left her house. She and Hasmukh will live in an old age home when he returns. Youngsters think elders are burdensome, but Anuj and Vanraj never told her that, and her house is now a mess. She looks stunned.
