In a conversation with Mr. Walia, Yashdeep said he would repay his money and interest on time. He also informed him that if I failed to repay my restaurant loan, I would lose it. Anupama hears and gets shocked. She drops something on the ground. Yashdeep says I wanted to tell you this. When Anupama recalls her beginnings at the restaurant, she reminisces about all the moments and enters. Vikram cooks in the kitchen.
Toshu asks Kinjal what has happened if she is not happy like Mummy on my homecoming. Kinjal asks why I shall be happy, as my husband makes mistakes like a 5-year-old boy. He says you are reacting like Mummy and are not happy that I’m out of jail. She says until when I shall forgive you. I will regret leaving India until I bear everything and regret leaving it.
Family values are revealed when you are away from your family. She says there was at least a family and a house, but nothing is here. Her husband expects her to be happy since he exited jail, so she takes care of all their expenses, bills, Pari’s school fees. Toshu hugs her and asks her to give him a chance. Kinjal asks him to leave her and says she cannot bear it anymore. Toshu cries, regretting his actions.
Anupama rushes to Yashdeep with determination in her voice. “We cannot allow this restaurant to shut down,” she declares, praising the establishment. “It means everything to me – my workplace, where I have not only eaten and taken water for the first time but also formed close relationships with everyone here. This is where I belong…I will do everything in my power to protect this place.” Yashdeep attempts to reassure her, saying she can find another job elsewhere. But Anupama insists he doesn’t understand her heartfelt plea. “Together, we will make sure our beloved Spice and Chutney stays open,” she declares firmly.
When Toshu arrives at Anuj’s house, he thanks him for talking to the client and taking the case back. He tries to touch Anuj’s feet, but Anuj stops him. He says my mother didn’t understand me and sent me to jail, but you understood me and took me out. I can’t forget your kindness for the rest of my life. My mother wronged me, but you helped me. Anuj says Anupama wasn’t right, but I question whether I did right.
He says Toshu won’t give him a chance to complain. Anuj says that hasn’t happened since you’re fired. Toshu asks what did you do? He says his family, Anupama and I, gave you many chances. It was because of Anupama that he was able to come out of jail. Toshu asks where he is going. Anuj refuses to hire him and closes the door.
Toshu gets angry and says Anupama is the root cause of all his life problems, and it has turned into Rahu Kaal for him. Aadhya comes out and says you’re right, Anupama is the culprit. Choti, you’re grown up, he says. He said I work at your papa’s company. She says you worked there, so she can’t forgive her. He says I can’t ignore her either.
Anuj asks her to speak with him and get the job back, and Toshu says she can do this for her brother. Aadhya says who is brother? She says that he cannot be her brother when her mother is not hers. She says that her name is Aadhya. As they do not want any relationship with anyone, she blames Anupama for their life problems and asks her not to return.
Shruti thinks Anuj bought a mangalsutra based on Aadhya’s words. Shruti wears it and tells Anuj that it will be hers very soon. She tells him that she likes it and that’s why she put on it because it’s so pretty. To apologize to Shruti, Anuj takes the mangalsutra off her neck and says, “This is Anu’s mangalsutra. Please don’t wear it again.” Shruti becomes upset.
Babu ji inquires about her quiet demeanor, to which Baa replies that she had plans to visit Toshu-Kinjal, play with Paro, and see the temple. She mentions how the neighbors commented on her activities in America and their judgmental attitude. Recalling what Pandit ji had said about suitable and unsuitable places, Baa expresses how their current circumstances are filled with only sorrow. However, their attention is drawn to a card lying on the ground. Baa suggests they look at it, which fills them with hope. Babu ji manages to put a smile on Baa’s face.
In response, Shruti apologizes to Anuj for reacting in this manner. She says she didn’t realize it was Anupama’s mangalsutra. He says he is sorry for acting this way. Shruti says we need to forget all memories regarding Anupama.
Titu arrives at Anupama’s restaurant and observes her looking stressed. He offers to come back later if she needs some time. Then, he immediately expresses his desire to marry Dimpy and accept Ansh as his son. He also explains that he wants to be a part of their family. Anupama acknowledges the difficulties in accepting non-biological children, citing Mr. Shah’s refusal to accept Kavya’s daughter as an example. Titu asserts that he is not interested in eloping with Dimpy, as her honor and reputation are important to him. Just then, Vanraj enters the scene and proclaims that Ansh will always be considered a member of the Shah family.

Anupama showed Babu ji the brochure for the cooking competition. Babu Ji says you will save the restaurant if you win.
