Anuj confesses to Anupama that, despite his efforts, he has been unable to erase her from his thoughts or distance himself from her. For the past five years, there hasn’t been a single moment where he hasn’t remembered her and their love. He assures her that his feelings for her are not limited to words but encompass his heart, mind, and every heartbeat. Even though Shruti wants to marry him, he realizes his love for Anupama remains unchanged. He pleads with her to prioritize their relationship and reconsider giving them another chance. He questions why she didn’t allow them to think things through before deciding.
He says you said I was freeing Kapadia ji and left. He pleads before her and asks her to return, as they cannot live without her. As he is about to hug her, he realizes that she’s not there. Anupama is walking behind him. He looks at her back and runs behind her. He comes across someone wearing the same sweater as Anupama. If I am lying to myself, he feels that Anu is here. He says he thinks that Anu is there.
Vanraj updates Baa on the recent successful party he attended with Kavya. Kavya has been faking a smile, and her jaws are in pain. Dimpy offers to make halwa, and Baa also wants to contribute by making it herself. Meanwhile, Vanraj expresses his gratitude to Kavya for accompanying him and mentions that his boss’ wife was curious about why he didn’t introduce her to Kavya. Kavya teases Vanraj for not bringing his wife Anupama to the party, to which he responds that she doesn’t deserve it. Kavya reminds him that Anupama is currently in America, where she may have already impressed many Americans, while Vanraj is trying to impress their American clients here.
As Anupama strolls down the road, she reminisces about Vikram’s promise to speak with Sir and meet her at the restaurant’s closing time. Sure enough, Vikram emerges from the establishment and updates her on his conversation with Sir. He encourages her to go elsewhere, but Anupama confesses that she is unfamiliar with other places – everyone else seems like a stranger. She expresses gratitude towards Vikram for his kind efforts and pleads with him to approach Sir as she struggles to survive on the streets and begs for an opportunity. In response, Vikram promises to make an attempt and heads back inside.
Kavya says you don’t like to hear your wife breathe, so her voice will hurt you. Vanraj asks if you don’t say much these days. She says you want a wife who cares for your children and parents, and you don’t like how she does this. She says you don’t deserve to go to a party with her (Anupama). Kavya says you didn’t let her go out to meet people and talk in society. Whether it was my mistake, he asks.
Kavya affirms that it was entirely your mistake. She recalls how Anupama successfully managed the business and household while becoming a renowned dancer before marrying Anuj. She points out that Anupama lives in America, though not in the White House. Kavya urges you to visit her and praises Anupama’s accomplishments. She humbly admits that she has flaws and wishes she had even a fraction of Anumpama’s courage, as it could have altered her life for the better. Kavya admires Anupama’s ability to conquer obstacles with ease.
In the middle of the night, Aadhya stirs, and Anuj attempts to calm her down. In a desperate plea, she requests that he move somewhere else in America, confessing her aversion to their current location. Shruti enters and advises Aadhya to drink juice from Joshi ben’s kitchen. Reacting bitterly, Aadhya screams at Shruti to never mention her name again and hurls the juice aside. She forbids Shruti from calling on her again and storms off. Shruti laments not understanding Aadhya and questions her ability as a mother. Anuj reminds her to stay true to herself and not try to be something she’s not—meanwhile, some goons smirk at Anupama’s predicament.
Anupama walks towards the restaurant. Yashpal’s mother comes and keeps a hand on her shoulder. She gets scared and says sorry, and she thinks goons are coming. She cries. Ishani says she doesn’t like her mamma and is always on the phone, so she doesn’t give her time. Dimpy says your mamma works and is busy.
Dimpy asks how you are talking to her. Pakhi shouts, asking Ishani to come, or else she will lock her in the dark room. Pakhi praises herself as independent and career-oriented and says you can’t become like me. Dimpy says she cannot become like her since she is not selfish like her. Pakhi takes Ishani from there after warning Dimpy that she cannot become like her. She says you are jealous of me and are doing this to separate me from her.
His mother scolds Yashpal for dismissing Anupama from the restaurant. He responds by pointing out that she arrived late. In return, his mother questions whether she should kick him out of the house if he is ever late coming home. She reminds Yashpal to adhere to his values and inquires whether Anupama caused the restaurant to lose customers and be forced to close down. Furthermore, she explains that preparing one dish does not justify her tardiness and speculates if Yashpal even bothered to inquire about the reason for her lateness. His mother urges him not to neglect his compassion towards others and to allow Anupama to stay. She requests that they leave their home and seek refuge at the Gurudwara if Yashpal refuses. Calmly, Yashpal agrees and permits Anupama to work there. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Anupama thanks both Yashpal and his mother while crying. His mother affectionately calls her “Anu” and requests that she address her as “Beeji” instead of “Madam.”

Anupama is seated in the car with Vikram as they drive away, unaware of Anuj’s presence. Suddenly, Anuj spots her and rushes after the car, only to tragically meet with an accident. As he falls, he desperately calls out Anupama’s name. Anupama peers out of the window, frantically calling for Anuj upon hearing his voice.
