Anupama is cutting her birthday cake at the orphanage. Anuj gives return gifts to all the children and then all dance. All the children envy Little Anu. When one of the kids compliments her and praises her hair clips she immediately gives them to the girl. She tells the children that the has two Moms now. She asks Anuj and Anupama if she can take the orphanage children home which they agree to.
Anuj and Anupama decide to adopt the entire orphanage and would now be sponsoring all expenses for all the children. Anuj says the rich now don’t share their money with the poor which they should do. The orphanage Manager thanks them. Anupam thanks him for giving them so much happiness.
Anupama and Anuj watch the children play.
Maaya is worried about where Anuj and Anupama are and why they are not celebrating the birthday at home. Ankush comes to Maaya and starts a conversation about Business Schools in London for his daughter. Meanwhile Barkha is searching Maaya’s room. Maaya knows Barkha is searching her room and tells Ankush to go and help her. She also asks him to search for her hairclip which she has misplaced. Barkha cannot find any clues in the room.
Anuj, Anupama and Little Anu are enjoying at the beach. Little Anu is scared of getting pulled by the waves but Anuj assures that there is no wave in the universe that can pull her away from them.
Little Anu writes Anupama’s name in the sand. Anupama adds Anuj’s name and Anuj then writes Little Anu’s name. Just as he goes to get the camera to take a picture the wave washes it away. Anupama takes a stone and writes again. But Little Anu says the waves will come again and wash away everything but this time the names are not washed away. Anupama explains that the waves will keep coming but we have to make ourselves strong that nothing can wash away our names. Similarly in life too we need to make our selves strong enough to face challenges. This time Anuj manages to take a selfie. Anuj quietly kisses Anupama while Little Anu is not watching but Little Anu managed to take a photo of them.
Baa tells Kinjal that Maaya is definitely planning something and has not stayed back only to have the birthday cake. Maaya must be definitely planning something for Anuj and Anupama.
Anupama is happy that Anuj has booked a private plane for Anupama to come to Mumbai. Anuj says he will do anything for Anupam and Little Anu. Anupama remembers how her life changed after she came to Mumbai for the first time.
Anupama wants a promise from Anuj which he accepts without knowing what it is. She makes him promise that whatever happens in life he has to promise to never leave her side. Anuj wants to confess something to Anupama. He says he always thought that he always loved Anupama more than anyone else in the world. Anupama replies saying she knows that he loves Little Anu more than her. She says she is not jealous because Little Anu is their daughter. Anuj says he cannot live for a minute without Little Anu and is worried that she will go away from their life.
Anuj and Anupama remember the moments spent with Little Anu from the time they first saw her in the orphanage till Maaya saying she will take Little Anu with her. They are sad and anxious.
Maaya has left a goodbye note from her and Little Anu. Anupama tells Anuj that Maaya has not gone alone but has taken Little Anu with her. Both are devastated.
