The episode begins with Vandana suggesting a special tune, combining Punjabi and Marathi. Vijay’s face lights up in agreement. She then partners with Kunal to dance on a fusion song titled “Uddhara ho….” The audience showers them with applause. Kunal expresses his desire to have his father present there. Meanwhile, Kuldeep receives an urgent call and hurries away. Undeterred, Kunal and his friends continue groaning to the beats of “Mai jatt yamla pagla deewana…” which elicits another round of cheers from the crowd. However, things turn unexpectedly when Kuldeep announces that Vaani cannot make it there. Little does he know that Vaani is frantically running towards the venue. Pammi joins in the celebrations and sneakily adds alcohol to everyone’s drinks. As the guests get tipsy, Vaani finally arrives at the scene, and her past comes flooding back as she watches them all inebriated. The emotional song “O Maa…” reverberates through the air.
As Vaani enters the room, she notices everyone joyfully dancing. Her eyes land on Kunal and Vedika, but they seem unaware of her presence as she stands by the door. Suddenly, Kuldeep pulls her out of the room, scolding her for being reckless. He reminds her to maintain a low profile in Mumbai and instructs her to stay in the car. However, Vaani insists on going back inside to meet her children. Just then, Vedika steps out, and Kuldeep quickly shields Vaani from her sight before leaving. Vedika questions if she saw their father, but all she finds is Vaani sobbing as she expresses her longing to see their children again. Kuldeep hushes her and hastily departs from the scene. Meanwhile, Kunal interrupts his dance to express his hunger, and Vandana apologizes for not having enough food or if it wasn’t his liking. Kunal reassures her that everything is great – the atmosphere and people included – as he continues to sway to the music with a smile.
He looks at her and asks can you feed me some food somewhere. He laughs. He said I’m hungry. Will I get food? She said I’d never let you go hungry; come over and eat. She brings him to a food stall. He sits eating. Kunal asks her to have it. She says no, thanks. He says it’s the last wada pau. Vandana and Kunal share the food.
They thank each other. Kunal stumbles. She holds his hand. He asks her to call him Kunal. She says okay, Kunal, are you okay? It seems someone spiked the cold drinks, and you are acting strange. He says even if someone spiked it, I won’t behave like you’re afraid of, old Kunal won’t come back. Kuldeep and Vaani see Kunal and Vandana.
