The episode begins with Kunal inquiring about Vedika’s whereabouts. Bobby reassures him that she must be nearby and asks where else she would go. Kunal then notices Vandana and she informs him that their father had gone to visit a friend who unfortunately passed away. Kunal confirms that he had also spoken to their father. Vandana expresses her concern about staying sad as it may upset their father, but Kunal encourages her to smile, and she thanks him. They proceed to exchange garlands while the song ‘Din shagna da’ plays in the background. Meanwhile, Pammi worries that Kuldeep may be on his way to interrupt the wedding. Vedika admits to herself that she will eventually tell Kunal everything, but for now, she wants him to be happy and continue with the marriage plan. However, Kunal suggests that she will only reveal the truth once they have left this place after getting married. Vedika disagrees and asserts that this time, he won’t be able to stop her from speaking up. In a fit of determination, she bites his hand and quickly locks herself in the room before he can stop her. He desperately calls out for her from outside the closed door.
Pandit inquires about the person performing the bride’s kanyadaan. Vandana turns to Atya, expressing her as the one who raised her like a parent. This evokes emotions in Atya, but Vandana affirms that her Atya Maa will perform the kanyadaan. Pammi plots for Kuldeep’s arrival, thinking he won’t spare anyone once he’s here. Kuldeep urges Vedika not to go through with her plan and reminds her that she cannot stop Kunal and Vandana’s wedding by involving the hotel staff in a police case. Finally, Atya performs Vandana’s kanyadaan and offers blessings to the couple. Meanwhile, Pammi calls Kuldeep, who desperately tries to reach her.
Kunal calls for Vedika once more. She arrives and shoots an angry glance at Pammi. “I had important matters to attend to,” she explains, firmly assuring that the gathbandhan will not be broken. She ties the gathbandhan as Kunal and Vandana begin their wedding rounds. Meanwhile, Vaani, Sonia, and Kuldeep all tearfully knock on the door. Kuldeep’s frustration turns into a sudden realization, and he chuckles. After lighting a fire as an alarm, he confidently states that Vedika has forgotten he is her father. Inder meets with Sonia as she holds a picture of Kunal, and he then breaks it and raises his hand towards her. As she screams for help, the guards make a note to check on Vaani’s whereabouts. However, Sonia manages to escape before they can find her. Together with Kuldeep, they are determined to reach Kunal’s wedding before the rounds are completed. Unfortunately for them, Sonia falls during their journey, but Kuldeep insists on continuing to meet Kunal and Vandana during their sacred ceremony.
Kuldeep gives money to a man and hitches a ride. Pandit declares the ceremony finished. The crowd applauds in celebration. Sonia arrives at the scene. Kunal helps Vandana put on the mangalsutra and applies sindoor to her forehead. Sonia stumbles and calls out for Kunal… He finishes applying the sindoor to Vandana’s forehead. Pandit pronounces them married, offering his best wishes as husband and wife. The guests all cheer once again while Bobby congratulates them. Tara embraces Kunal and Vandana, followed by Vedika, who can’t contain her tears of joy. Sonia rushes forward, calling out for Kunal as Kuldeep joins her. Sonia’s sudden appearance takes Kunal and everyone else aback.
The gathbandhan breaks. Vandana gets sad. Kunal holds Sonia in his arms. Tara also runs to Sonia. Kuldeep looks on, shocked.
