As Savi discusses the teacher’s apparent neglect of her own child with Asmita, she suggests that there must be a reason for it. Asmita then suggests speaking to Isha or Surekha for more information. Shikha later reveals that Surekha has spoken to her. Seeing this, Savi heads towards Surekha’s room. However, Durva asks Surekha to kick Savi out, believing her to have ulterior motives. Just as Savi enters the room, Durva assumes that Surekha will now act on her request. In response, Surekha calmly asks Durva to let Savi take a seat as she is unwell. This infuriates Durva and she stands up in anger.

A nurse checks Savi’s wound and applies ointment to it. Savi hesitates and says Ishan won’t like it. Surekha says Ishan is traumatized by his past, and she will convince him to stay at their house. Savi agrees to stay back until Harini returns from Delhi, and Surekha thanks her for her cooperation. Durva questions Surekha’s decision, and she shuts Durva’s mouth. Savi agrees to stay back until Harini returns from Delhi. Surekha thanks her. Shikha and Asmita are shocked by Surekha’s tone. Surekha thanks her for her response.

Surekha informs Ishan that they need to keep Savi at home until she recovers, as it could negatively impact the college director’s family. Ishan consents. Later that night, he heads out to the lawn to read a book. As Savi wakes up and goes to get water from the kitchen, she notices that the front door is open and closes it, assuming they must have forgotten to do so. After getting her water, she returns to her room, but can’t help but remember the tense encounter between Ishan and Isha earlier in the day, wondering why Isha was so formal with him. Meanwhile, Ishan remembers Savi’s accusations towards him and approaches with a frown on his face.

He discovers the front door locked and realizes he left his phone in his room. Deciding to enter through the window, he catches Savi’s attention. She mistakes him for a burglar and covers him with a blanket while yelling at him for breaking into the house. Surekha and the other women join in and start attacking Ishan. Amidst the chaos, the power comes back on and everyone is shocked to see Ishan. He tries to defend himself by saying it’s him, but Savi demands to know why he was sneaking into their home like a thief. Ishan asks who locked the door, to which Savi confirms that she did, adding that he needs to stop being so negative and should consider meditating to calm himself down. Frustrated, Ishan seethes at how he has been assaulted in his own house.

Asmita and Shikha share a laugh with Savi, telling her that she broke the norm in the house. Savi responds by admitting she was not aware of his absence. Asmita mentions how Ishan’s anger towards her is fueled by his strong dislike for his own mother. Savi adds that her grandmother also takes out her frustrations on her, but loves her unconditionally. They agree that strong emotions often result in anger towards those we love the most. With this, Asmita excuses herself, reminding Savi to rest.
The next morning, Asmita and Shikha are surprised to find breakfast already prepared. Savi reveals that she made it herself. Surekha overhears this and scolds the girls for allowing their guest to work. Savi then retreats back to her room. Later, Asmita insists that Savi joins them for breakfast. During the meal, Ishan questions who made the upma and when Asmita responds with “Savi,” he accuses her of intentionally trying to escalate the situation by cooking breakfast. However, Savi denies any such motive behind her actions.
