Virat contemplates whether Sai is indeed having an affair with Satya, recalling Bhavani’s warning and Sai and Satya’s friendship. He leaves Saavi’s room, and Paakhi observes him closely. At the hospital, Sheetal and her colleague nurse discuss Sai’s problems due to Virat. The colleague suggests that it wouldn’t be wrong if Sai remarries her ex-husband. A ward boy overhears and spreads rumours about Sai agreeing to marry her ex-husband and having an affair with Dr Satya. Sheetal reprimands him, but Virat confronts the ward boy angrily and warns him for badmouthing Sai. The ward boy insists that he is not lying and invites Virat to check the basement cabin for himself.

Satya and Sai return to their cabin after attending to a patient and discuss their respective issues. Sai reveals that she needs to marry someone to handle Virat and fulfil a promise she made to her son. Satya empathizes, acknowledging that her situation is even worse than his. During their conversation, Satya accidentally spills ink on Sai’s apron. While trying to clean it, he accidentally gets chemicals in his eyes. Sai takes care of him, and he holds her hand tightly. Just then, Virat bursts into the cabin and angrily pushes Satya, accusing Sai of having an affair with him and trying to manipulate him with a victim card. He becomes violent and forcibly takes Sai away, expressing his disapproval of her actions. Sai stands firm in her decision to marry Satya, tired of the atrocities of Virat and his family. She describes her feelings and tells him to leave the cabin, slamming the door in his face.

Virat is left in shock as the song “Tadap Tadapke Is Dil Se Aah Nikalti Rahi” plays in the background. Sai breaks down emotionally. Back at home, Virat angrily breaks Sai’s photo and other items. Satya attempts to comfort Sai and offers her an energy drink. Sai asks him if he will marry her.
