As the episode begins, Poorvi tells Dadi not to worry and says they will get to the hospital soon. Deepika and Monisha ask her if she wants an accident to happen, and that Dadi won’t reach the hospital. They get stuck in traffic. Poorvi gets down and clears the traffic. They leave Poorvi on the road and drive off. Vaishali asks why she came, and Dadi can’t breathe because of her. They get stuck in the traffic. Monisha and Deepika leave Poorvi on the road and drive away.
He takes an auto. Harleen calls Harman and asks if he has reached Bau ji. Harman says no. Harleen tells Beeji to get to the hospital. Harman asks Vikrant to drive the car to the hospital. Harman and Vikrant get stuck in traffic. Poorvi finds the car again and says she will clear the traffic. Vaishali says she will. Vaishali sits in the car as traffic clears.
She asks Monisha to make Poorvi sit in the car as well. When they get to the hospital, Poorvi asks the nurse to admit Dadi quickly and call the doctor. Monisha says she fell from the stairs, and the nurse asks them to pay the fee. We agree but then realize we didn’t bring the money.
She gives her earrings. Poorvi asks the nurse/receptionist to begin the treatment and tells her the payment will be made soon. Monisha asks her not to do middle-class drama. Harleen asks her if she’s saving Beeji. Poorvi says she’s going to the hospital head and warns her. Harleen tells Poorvi to take the earrings, and the treatment will begin. Poorvi is told to bring the cash from her locker to her home. Monisha hears them.
RV informs Yug and others in the meeting that he must make an important call. Poorvi calls him. Poorvi asks if he is listening and says hello. Monisha takes the call and cuts the call. She asks if you are mad that you are creating tension for RV and asks her to act like she is a family member. She tells her she will decide how and when to inform the family. Poorvi says I must go home and bring money for Dadi’s treatment right now. She says I have to leave now.

Deepika expresses a desire to cause us humiliation. Monisha questioned if it was wise to send her there for financial gain. They all attempt to turn Harleen against Poorvi, labeling her as unlucky. Harleen urges them to cease negative talk, reminding them of Beeji’s suffering. Monisha pretends to blame herself. Harleen tells her to stop, and she leaves. Poorvi returns home, and someone enters the house before she retrieves the keys and money from the locker. As she was about to leave, her phone rang, and she put down the suitcase in search of it. She picked up Monisha’s call, but there was no response. She then resumes taking the briefcase and heading out again.
Monisha stops the car and hears the money lender urging Poorvi’s family to vacate the house or face jail time. Monisha thinks they have to pay a lot of loans. Harman, Vikrant, Jaswant, and Dada ji arrive at the hospital. Everyone starts inciting Harman, Dada ji, and others against Poorvi. Monisha and Poorvi fought, which Beeji overheard and fell down the stairs.
Harleen shouts and says Poorvi is responsible for fighting with Monisha. Dada ji asks why Poorvi will fight with Monisha. When Harleen explains that Beeji heard your fight with Monisha and fell down the stairs, she wonders why you did it and says I had tried to stop Dadi.
We were all there when you did that, Vashali says. She asks her not to give false clarifications. Harleen asks her not to say anything. Deepika says Beeji and Bau Ji loved her. Vaishali says Beeji and Bau Ji loved her as well. Deepika says she’s shameless. Vaishali says this’s your reality.
